Chlorine tablets

This chlorine is very weak! I have to use so much more than I ever have had to to keep my pool clear! I bought two and am returning the 2nd one cause it just doesnt work!

I bought this on sale and it kept the algae out of my pool all summer. I wish I had purchased more! The container lasted my 45,000 pool for three months.

I know people are complaining about this product, and I wondered why, since it worked just fine for me last year. One person mentioned PoolBrand chlorine. PoolBrand contains additional chemicals (stabilizers like cyanuric acid) that prevent chlorine burn off... I add cyanuric acid separately to my pool, and try to aim for a level of 30 (too low or too high are both problematic). Make sure you're comparing the same ingredients.

I have been using this product for 2 years, works great, if someone has left a bad feedback, they do not know how to use this product...

It's amazing that the 40 lb container (item #655393) is only $2.00 per lb and this 50 lb container (item #655414) is $2.20 per lb. Usually when you buy a larger container you get a cheaper unit price. I would by the 40 lb. container and save money.

Will never use this product again. Bad purple algae bloom every time I use it. Never had this problem before.
