We started using this product at the beginning of last pool season as the year before we could not keep the "green" out. We just put a few small cups in about every other day along with some chlorine tablets and are good to go. Have not tested it once since.. great job

We switched to this for a season or so of treating a 45,000 gallon in-ground pool, rather than lugging the big 100lb buckets that our local pool supply sold, that we couldn't easily carry in the trunk of our car (fortunately we also own a truck). It seemed to work OK at first. But our pool had already been treated for over half the season with the good stuff our local pool supply sells. The next year we used only Members Mark chlorine, just for the conveniences and smaller bucket size, as we opened the pool for a short season of only a month that year. This year we had a terrible time getting the pool to clear up using our usual method. We finally took a water sample to our local pool supply and ended up spending nearly $500 on chemicals to get the water stabilized, counting a 100 pound bucket of the chlorine they sell. Of course this wasn't solely due to switching chlorine brands to Members Mark, but it was explained to us by a seemingly very experienced and knowledgeable pool professional that it was very likely a significant contributing factor, as to why we'd never had such a serious problem clearing our pool at the start of the season in the 40 years since the pool was built. Apparently its the way the cholorine works, as the stuff our local pool supply sells acts as a base, where Members Mark brand doesn't. Since getting the water cleared up, we've been switching between the two, brands, not wanting to waste the Member's Mark stuff, but not wanting to lose all our work with an inferior product either. And we've noticed that each time we treat the pool with the Members Mark chlorine, the pool chlorine level only stays in the ideal range half as long as when we treat the pool with the better brand from our local pool supply that works as a base. And to think, we weren't even saving any money!!! The two brands come out to be within pennies of each other, after factoring in the larger quantity of the other brand.

Exceeds the quality of national pool stores at a huge savings. Tired of being beat up on pool supplies? Buy Member's Mark, didn't believe it until I changed over. Not clumped up, disperses nicely and dissolves quickly, best pool shock I ever used at a $50 savings from what I was using.

I have been using this for almost ten years in our pool and have always had great results. It is so easy and simple. We simply add two scoops of this chemical every other day to our pool via a bucket mixed with pool water. We dump directly in front of the return and again have always had the best luck. I would highly recommend this product. We will never use anything else.

I thought that this was a great deal. I was wrong. I couldn't get a reading of any chlorine until I started using triple the required amount. Needless to say I went through 50 LBS very quickly. I guess that you get what you pay for. Perhaps this was left in a hot warehouse and lost its potency. All I know is I won't buy it again.
