Cynuric acid, stabilzer

If this product contains cynuric acid (aka, stabilizer) there is a good chance that you Will eventually have problems. It may take a few seasons but eventually the CA will exceed recommended levels (100ppm)and lead to chlorine lock. At appropriate levels CA reduces chlorine loss due to sunlight. All pool owners could do themselves a favor by reading up on this process. I've been the victim of too much CA myself. It's a pain to fix. Good luck to all.

Great Price, but misleading marketing

After reading the review from Gulf Coast Pool Guy, I now understand why this product is not doing a good job keeping algae off my pool. I have an in-ground freshwater pool. But this product, according to the review, is recommended for saltwater pools. Even after using Yellow Out snd Green to Clean, algae keeps coming back. Although I still have some of this chlorine left, I have ordered a 50-pound Calcium hypochlorite bucket in hopes of winning this ever-ending algae saga. The takeaway: Cheaper doesn't mean better.
