Mind....Blown!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations when I purchased this TV, but all those expectations have been completely blown out of the water!!! The color and clarity of this Television far outdoes any and all expectations I previously had. I KNEW IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT I never expected it to be the mind blowing exceptional quality that it is! The ease of use and continuity from my Samsung cell phone, surround sound and other accessories is phenomenal. I can work, play music, watch a documentary and attend a virtual meeting all from my smart samsung television!! Amazing products as always Samsung, keep up the impeccable quality, style and value .....your lifetime customer. Thank you, Scott H

Good pic, difficult to program.

Finally got the TV to operate! Good picture, but It was difficult for me to set up. I'm not an electronic guru, and the setup instructions were severely lacking. After I finally got it to function, it would shut down after about 1/2 hour. I was getting ready to return it and my son got it to stay on! SO - watch out if you don't have a youngster to help you get it going.

Great Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We mostly use this tv for streaming. The tv has access to download any streaming app. The tv's processor is extremely fast compared to what they were a few years ago. You are able to navigate to other streaming apps fairly quickly. With the voice controlled remote you can use Bixby or Alexa. The TV also comes with Smartthings to control smart devices. It also comes with an internet browser so you can browse the internet as well.

This a very comfortable tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and father love the picture delivered clean and comfortable it brings their shows and videos to life. The Color balance is wonderful you could binge watch scroll for hours enjoying the experience. The sound was clean although it paired almost seamlessly to the sound bar so we live like royalty.

Great step by step instructions

I purchased this maybe 6 months ago. The picture is great when it’s working. I have had 3 instances when I turned on the TV and the screen came up looking like a negative photo. I was able to update something and it restarted but that process took several minutes..I’m not a technology genius

Samsung Smart TV is the Way to Go

An amazing Smart TV with excellent picture and sound quality, especially when paired with other Samsung devices such as the surround sound. My only draw back it is a little non user friendly in adding end subtracting applications for other platforms, in which are advertised periodically on the home screen.

Samsung 75" TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung 75" TV. The display is bright, clear, and vivid. I have always been a fan of Samsung products. The only thing I am no too fond of with my TV is speaker sound. It doesn't get really lound.

This TV has quality problems

After less than 6 months of use, the TV has a horizontal line through through the screen. I've tried all the "self help" options, but nothing has solved the issue. As a die hard Samsung customer (phones, TVs, appliances), my experience with this TV has shaken my confidence in the quality of Samsung products. I'm very disappointed with this TV.

Terrible picture

I just got tv put up and instantly I have blue background with white clouds over entire screen. I’ve owned Samsung for several years but this one is bad. I hope it’s not the norm now I’m sending back. The problem with this is the customer is stuck with the expense of having tv installed and taken back down and install new one again

Hi Ricky, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the screen issues you are experiencing. Please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue. 1. First, let's run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2. Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source, but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After reconnecting the external device, please turn it off and back on. 3. Test the HDMI cable. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. 5. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. Wonderful choice

I throughly enjoy the TV. Easy to set up, very intuitive with easy to follow directions. Great color and clarity with a cool remote control that has a solar charger on the back. I would recommend this model to anyone thinking about purchasing a new TV.
