The black is actually black, and the colors are so vivid I couldnt believe my eyes when I first powered it on and watched a 4k movies. Don't get me started on the beautiful FPS and HDR while playing my favorite PC games. All around great product

We purchased this 85" Samsung TV two weeks ago for a Super Bowl party. Sam's Club had a nice discount (2024 model) on this in-store purchase which made this purchase a no-brainer. The TV picture is amazing - great clarity, brightness, and colors. We are using this TV with a surround sound system. We tried the built-in speakers for a few minutes and they seemed okay, but I would recommend a soundbar or surround sound system. This is our third (and largest) Samsung TV, and we have had no problems with any of the other models (2015, 2021). We have been quite pleased with this new model.

Bought on clearance to complete a remodel of our media room. Hooked up to our Pioneer AV receiver which was hooked up to a Samsung 65” which was working perfectly fine. Upon startup on the new TV it shows that there is something connected to the HDMI port but it says that the device needs to be powered on. It is powered on, but no sound or video either with a Firestick connection or a Blu-ray player. Contacted Samsung support and walked through the normal steps of diagnostics to no avail. They escalated it to level 2 support and said that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. That was three days ago! Still no reply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV picture and sound are great. The menu takes some getting uses to. Menu navigation seems to be over complicated to me. The remote is very sensitive. I have accidentally change the channel many times just picking up or putting down the remote.

Setup was super easy, and the smart TV apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) run smoothly. --- To consider: Brightness isn't very strong, so in a bright room the screen can look a bit dull. Sound is okay for regular watching, but you'll want a soundbar for a better movie experience.

Sounds idiotic, I know, but I dont want movies to look like home videos. I want my fake people looking fake. Quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is fantastic! The screen is larger than you realize until it's installed. Pay attention to the leg foot print unless you are installing on the wall. The screen also runs hot as it is so large. The android operating system runs very quickly so switching between installed apps is fast. This is nice so you're not waiting for it to load. There are also a ton of apps and different viewing options for free tv. You won't use them all as there are so many! Three thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Should of went with TCL. My Samsung tv has dark spots in the picture. Tried to file warranty but it was rejected. Samsung tv quality has definitely went downhill.

This is by far the most regrettable purchase I've ever made! The remote hardly works even on a full charge. The TV changes channels by itself right in the middle of a program. It doesn't connect well with apps, especially Paramount +.The picture gets grainy after watching for several hours and a lot of times won't refresh. If I could still return it I would. Would NOT recommend this TV to anyone.
