Amazing tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing, it looks great in our living room I also bought a Samsung sound bar system and they pair perfectly. It’s like having a in home theater. My two girls love watching movies and gaming too. I’ve always enjoyed Samsung products as my tv prior was a Samsung 55” which is 12 years old and still going. We were do for an upgrade and definitely fits the ticket!

User interface needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and so far I love almost everything about it. It could be a little more user friendly both with the tv and remote. Picture is clear and vibrant. The sound is full, but it would improve with a sound bar. There are a few apps I used to have with Roku that aren't available. But when I tried to use my roku in the HDMI, the set didn't recognize it because it doesn't actually turn off and on. These few annoying aspects aren't enough to turn me off the product though. I'm a loyal Samsung user and expect to thoroughly enjoy my new tv.

Great product

I like samsung tv plus it's great entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to watch movies, sport, and some entertainment. The only thing need to improve is please update the program more frequently. Not just every couple of month. And if you can add sport live even better. Like world cup. UEFA. I know those are paid program. But some how samsung TV plus is good program. For the best you have to have it.

Very Happy With Purchase!!

After having our 65" Samsung TV for about two months, we couldn't be happier! The picture is just GREAT! Crystal clear during daytime and night time. Sports look incredible. We have noticed that even older movies from the 80s & 90s look much better than on our previous TV. I hope that get a long time use from the Samsung. My two previous TVs were a high end Hisense and a mid-tier VIZIO. Both lasted a total of 4 years, including having the Hisense repaired once under warranty!!

Dark spots in screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV is a year old. When the pictures is on i have these dark like clouding spots on the screen. If I'm watching hockey the ice is dark on that part of the screen. Almost like the back light led are burnt out.

I have a few recommendations that may resolve the white shadows and dark spots you are seeing on your screen. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the shadows still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If shadows appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.
