I absolutely love this bed! It's the perfect firmness with some give (got a medium). Melts to my body and gives me the best sleep I've had in very long time. I don't notice when my dog moves about or jumps on the bed. I'm so thankful for this bed for I have a very physically demanding job with long hours. My quality of sleep has improved drastically. Thank you!

This mattress has absolutely sucked and this company doesn't stand by their word on the 10 year warranty. The amount of money you spend on this mattress is not worth it at all!!! Their customer service absolutely sucks!!! I would not recommend them at all! I have a warranty on my mattress and they won't honor it. Just a complete waist of money!!!!

My new mattress is just heavenly to lie upon and the bed frame is much more attractive than the older one. I like how you can adjust the height. It's a winner!

Ive had multiple Tempur-Pedic beds, they are perfectly soft and just melt to your body. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a bed I had for over a decade still was warrantied by Tempur-Pedic, was the old 20 year prorated warranty. The warranty process was seamless with honestly the best customer service I have seen from any business, ever... Sherrie Dickerson assisted me in upgrading my warranty to a king sized adapt medium, which is just flawless!!! She is a wonderful person!! Sooooo sweet and helpful! Thank you Sherrie! And thank you Tempur-Pedic for being just an awesome company! I will definitely be brand loyal in the future! Keep up the good work!

This mattress does all of that! It's the perfect level of firmness and give and feels incredibly well made. It's my second tempur-pedic mattress and I continue to be incredibly happy with their products.

To be excited to go to bed at night & wake up in the morning where you just don't want to get out of bed. Right now my husband is there!! He gave it a 5 star rating. He is sleeping better at night with less turning & not having to find that right spot to get to sleep. Overall he is well rested in the morning & ready for his day. Myself I am at a 4...& I want to be honest, it's only been a little over 30 days. I am still hoping for a little more of the softness.But overall I am sleeping better with less body aches due from having arthritis in my knees. This was a big investment for us & overall we're are very satisfy Don't forget to buy the pillows, I do love my new pillow!! ❤❤❤

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I suffered from extreme backpain, even as a younger person, and was constantly buying and trying different mattresses to try and get a good night's sleep and not wake up worse than when I went to sleep. My husband and I decided to buy a tempurpedic 12 years ago and all I can say is WOW, it has been lifechanging. It took a little getting used to at first and the bed did have an odd smell but eventually that wore off and I have not had a night of backpain now in almost 12 years! There are so many benefits to owning one of these mattresses. The mattresses are made to last an extremely long time, unlike regular mattress where you generally need to replace them after 10 years. And, because they are form fitted to your area, you aren't interrupted at night when your partner moves or gets out of bed. Whenever we leave to visit somewhere, our first comment is always how much we want to get back to our tempurpedic :). I am so grateful to have found this lifesaving product and encourage anyone to make an investment into a healthy, pain free night of rest!

I purchased two TWIN XL Medium Adapt mattresses from two different stores within two months of each other and within the last six months. The first mattress is much softer than the second one,, i.e. the firmness is lacking. It is obvious that the mattress is defective but Tempurpedic will not warranty it because their claim is that the mattress has to have a sag or depression. They believe that the same model does not necessarily have to feel the same from one mattress to another. I interpret that to be that they have quality defects in production and they don't want to stand behind their product. I submitted a warranty claim but Tempur wants to ignore it because it is not in their interest to stand behind their product. Tempur is asking for pictures that are impossible to provide.
