We are moving away from traditional orange, rubbery processed cheese and eating more natural cheeses. But it can be expensive. This block is a cost savings from the smaller clocks sold at grocery stores.

It tastes great. My son & I are sensitive to lactose & this cheese does not bother us like other cheeses. We use it for grill cheese, quesadillas, pizza & baked chimichangas.

I easily hand grated this Kerry Gold Dubliner Cheese into a large mound, along with some freshly grated Parmesan. Heavy cream, flour, butter and garlic and nutmeg created a super quick, and really cheesy dinner for the fam. I also topped off Boule Bread with some extra Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, which added some extra crunch. Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese makes the perfect creamy cheese sauce for Mac n Cheese.

This is classified as an “extra mature” Irish Cheddar; this is a cheddar that roars! If you want a strong and cheesy flavor, Dubliner is the best! If you want a milder yet still tasty flavor then it’s sister, Bally Shannon is a good choice! I only use Dubliner as I LOVE CHEESE! Cauliflower cheese casserole, Mac n’ cheese, just plain cheese sauce - Dubliner is my go to cheese. I put mine in a food processor and crumble it as it freezes well.

This cheese is tasty and can pair with fruit or meat.
