Great mild flavor with a little crunch. Slices nicely. Really good snack. Would dress up a cheese tray. I like it a lot and will buy it again.

This cheese has a great flavor. I cut it into 2 equal sized blocks and vacuum seal them for freezing.

Similar to Parmesan. I used it in place of Parmesan. Without tasting a difference. A hard dry cheese great for finishing pastas.

Love this cheese. The flavor is rich and sharp. Great with crackers but also great in omelettes and melted on burgers, etc. Very versatile.

While the Machego cheese got worse, this cheese got better. Highly recommend, especially at room temperature. Delicious!

Fromager d’Affinois was my to die for favorite Sam’s cheese. Soul crushing when they stopped selling it! But Dubliner is my second favorite and I do love it!

Nice cheese for grating. Very good flavor. Very parmesan, but not really much else here. It's a hard cheese that wouldn't be easy to melt and would be odd in a sandwich. I'll probably buy a grater and grate the whole thing, freezing it when I'm done. I'll use it when the parmesan runs out.
