While the Machego cheese got worse, this cheese got better. Highly recommend, especially at room temperature. Delicious!

Great mild flavor with a little crunch. Slices nicely. Really good snack. Would dress up a cheese tray. I like it a lot and will buy it again.

Similar to Parmesan. I used it in place of Parmesan. Without tasting a difference. A hard dry cheese great for finishing pastas.

Love this cheese. The flavor is rich and sharp. Great with crackers but also great in omelettes and melted on burgers, etc. Very versatile.

Excellent cheese at good price! I always buy this cheese for the excellent strong cheddar flavor, and it was on sale.

Fromager d’Affinois was my to die for favorite Sam’s cheese. Soul crushing when they stopped selling it! But Dubliner is my second favorite and I do love it!
