This unit had big time issues

Unless you like everything being coral color, this unit had some major issues. EVERYTIME we turned it on, the color was a mess. We had to go to the settings, change it back and forth between standard and dynamic to get the color to look normal. Even after doing that, it still didn't impress us like the display model did at the store. Also, the sound stopped, turned unit on and off three times and finally came on. We took it back to Sams Club. Simple return process. LOVE Sams Club.

Limited apps and no Android OS

Does not let you add any more applications from Playstore. The operating system is not android and hence whatever applications it suggests and are pre-installed are pretty much what you could work with. If you need any other additional apps you would have to invest in a casting unit which would do the work even in a non-smart tv

The pictures look great but the TV keeps disconnecting from internet. I have tried all the fixing methods posted on the review but only unplug/re-plug or cold reboot works. I have to do so multiple times a day and it's so annoying. I have contact Sumsung customer service but still no solution.

Limited availability for owner to change settings. Can't download some of the more popular streaming apps like Peacock and Vimeo. Phone customer service wasn't particularly helpful but was American. Great picture and sound. Clear even on low speed Internet.

Will break on you

TV worked amazing at first no problems ever. I've had it for 2 years. Two days ago, out of nowhere, my tv froze and a black blob appeared on the screen, and proceeded to spread throughout the entire screen, before shutting off. I haven't been able to turn it back on since. If I leave it plugged in it turns itself off/on over and over, but it doesn't fully turn on, it jus lights up a little before turning off. I've had no damage occur to it, it still has the plastic on from when I first opened it.

Made this purchase right before black friday... It was a good sale that I could not pass up. Researched this tv vs a Vizio - This one had better reviews. Upgraded from a 40inch roku tv(had a 55 prior to this that did not last long). It looks great. Sounds great. It has kicked me off the internet (but it could be my wifi) I am getting used to the apps. I don't like the remote too much because I like a much more simpler one but I'll get used to it. Love this tv. Great for price.

Good image, wobbly feet

Crisp, vivid image, easy plug and play functionality... but wobbly feet. The image quality if fantastic, as is the size- feels like the sweet spot for most living rooms. The smart-tv functionality is great, but absolutely no Plex functionality - you have to connect your phone or other device via bluetooth to run it. Minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless. The 2 sets of feet are really wobbly. Painfully wobbly. This is the biggest downside to this otherwise great tv. Even on a very stable tv desk or furniture, your tv will move and sway with every bit of vibration in your room. If you are in a concrete floored room, you should be ok, but otherwise be aware.

Worse than my other 5-year old Samsung TV

Nice picture and functionality, but there were 2 things that my old 2018 Samsung TV was doing better: 1) It could play pretty much any video format. Now lots of my old videos do not play anymore. Usually it works the other way - newer TVs have more capabilities, not less. 2) We watch a lot of videos and movies using a USB stick. The old TV was doing a quick preview with several frames from the movie when you select a file. And if tit's a season with multiple episodes you could find the one where you stopped. Now it's one still image which cannot tell you much. And it's not playing from where you stopped watching last time anymore. The old TV did that! I've almost returned it, but it's pretty big, doesn't fit in my car and that was pretty much the only reason why I kept it. My whole family wanted to get some other TV instead.
