The TV has a great picture. It was replacing a much more expensive set and the picture is better than the previous one. Installation on the fireplace was easy . It fit the universal mount already in place so the team that installed did it quickly and that saved us money.

What stands out most is its long-term durability—there has been zero noticeable degradation in picture quality or general performance over time. The menu interface remains surprisingly responsive. Unlike many entry-level smart TVs that become slow and laggy after a few system updates, this one stays quick and easy to navigate. The software ecosystem keeps up well with new app plugins, and Bluetooth connectivity works smoothly for wireless headphones or sound accessories without dropouts. Audio quality is another strong point. Built-in TV speakers are usually an afterthought, but the sound on this model is clear, well-balanced, and strong enough that you don't feel immediately forced to add a soundbar. While it naturally lacks the peak brightness and premium features of higher-end QLED or OLED panels, it nails all the core fundamentals. The pictures look great but the TV keeps disconnecting from internet. I have tried all the fixing methods posted on the review but only unplug/re-plug or cold reboot works. I have to do so multiple times a day and it's so annoying. I have contact Sumsung customer service but still no solution.

We love it. The set up was easy amazingly you can control everything with just one remote or your phone. Picture Quality is awesome we can't stop won't stop watching it. You'll learn something new every moment you spend with this tv. This is the best purchase & price was good for my first 4K experience. Check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed

Decided to purchase this tv not due to the incredible price but also because of the amazing quality and experience I have had with this product. I had already three of the tv's in different sizes, but never had any issues when it came to viewing on them & let's not forget about the Samsung Plus Tv which is offered on their TV's which allows you to get cable tv stations through the internet streaming without the price of having to pay a high cable bill. Definitely recommend!

The picture on this TV is extraordinary! I just upgraded from a 55" model and it seems like the picture is twice as large. It also has very good speakers - the sound quality and volume is outstanding! Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this make/model to anyone looking for a reasonably priced 65" television.

Had to return it. Got it all mounted and set up...took awhile to respond to setup, but worked fine on the first evening. The second day, the TV would not respond to the remote at all and would continuously go back to one specific channel. Power would not shutdown so we had to unplug the power supply. Looked at some reviews and many report problems with this series. Obviously a motherboard or software issue. Bought the next series up for $200 more and no issues whatsoever.

Great resolution and ease of setup. Just what I was looking for to upgrade our smaller TV in the living room. We've had our Samsung TV for 13 years so when I saw the great price, I knew it was time. The smaller TV was moved to the spare bedroom for my father-in-law as it still works great!

The TV had a damaged screen.. A large water mark was in the top right corner.......about 18" by 9". There was no damage to the box. Therefore this had to have been done at the assembly plant, not any fault of Sam's Club. The return was very easy. No questions asked with many apologies for my inconvenience.

We love the picture and the clarity. The apps it has in it are great we use them all and enjoy quite a bit on Samsung TV. Added the Samsung sound bar and sub great sound when watching movies or sports. We are very happy with our purchase the TV we had before this was also a Samsung had it for 9 years something went wrong but got it fixed for under 250 and gave it to our granddaughter.
