No matter what we are doing the 4k resolution is incredible! It's slow sometimes but we use it a lot and our internet is faulty. I wish the remote was bigger and sturdier and had a full keyboard on it but other than that I love my tv

Another feature that was a huge benefit, Samsung TV. I cut cable and utilize Samsung's channel lineup as my go to when watching TV. The set-up is very user friendly; the settings are easy to navigate, and the remote controls is easy to manage as well. You can't go wrong by purchasing a Samsung TV. Great product at great prices.

The remote is easy to use and on screen menus are easy to follow as well. The picture quality is awesome and makes watching movies an experience instead of a viewing. Watching movies, shows, and playing games are excellent and immersive thanks to the 4K High Dynamic Range picture that the Series 7 provides. The menu is easy to navigate and has all the necessities that I expect from a modem smart TV. This purchase turned out to be very excellent, and I send all my kudos to Samsung for providing a top-quality product for an affordable price.

my old samsung was eight years old and i felt i needed an upgrade. because i had a great experience with the first samsung, i chose to buy the same brand. i'm in my 60s and not technically inclined. the thought of buying a new television scared me. my brother set it up in a few seconds. the picture is great, the sound is fine. i have no problems using the remote. i easily learned how to install apps and navigate. for myself, this television is user-friendly. i also like that the frame is smaller than my old samsung so i get more of a picture. overall, i'm completely satisfied. it is worth every dime.

Still one of the Worst operating experiences I have ever had with a TV. I like Samsung alot, but this is So cumbersome and so not intuitive - almost as bad as Apple products. Well, that might be a little too harsh... now. It sucks. Makes me dread turning it on.

I love that this TV provides me with a tv guide not only for my antenna tv programs but also for the Smart TV channels. A quick press of a button for apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Tubi, etc. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into this TV. Such as when I press the remote to turn the TV off, the pictures closes and the sound lowers to off. The remote has numbers, a tv guide button, and a back button along with many other features. I suggest the remote have a backlight for use during the night or while watching a movie in the dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 75inches is unreal and the picture quality especially for steaming live sports and movies is great and I love the free Samsung tv channels and built in Apple TV ...The remote control is cheap and not very user friendly when swapping through apps and music and such but overall good bang for your buck !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 4k TV and initially I loved but now I can't wait to upgrade. The menu needs work. The remote lay out definitely needs to be reconfigured along with the speed in which the TV responds to the remote. Software updates are lackluster to nonexistent. You can only uninstall 2 of the 11 apps (blaotware) that come pre-installed and to make matters worse, Samsung keeps reinstalling those 2 apps at some point. Would I buy this TV again... I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to skip listing all the items I like, as most everything is great, the picture sound, etc. I will dive into my 3 issues that I have with this TV, and maybe it is just because this is a little lower on the lineup of all their TVs. First The app does not work, I have downloaded it to my phone, and I get nothing - it never connects, and it sucks. I see online from other reviews that this is a pretty standard issue. I'm not running Samsung but if I was I would not have "Download the app" be the first thing when doing the TV setup if the app does not even work. Second the volume response from the remote is way too sensitive, if I hold it for 1 second it goes down by 1, if I hold it for 2 seconds, it goes down by like 15-20 - because of this I have to click it a bunch of times to change the volume, however if the volume button clicks are too close together then it will make a huge jump again. Finally the processor is slow, like really slow. When you turn on the TV and are going to select the app you would like, for example your preferred streaming service - it has a pretty long lag / latency between click, and when it actually moves the selected icon. It is bothersome enough that I have had the correct icon selected, and then when I push the OK button it hops over to the next app and opens that one up.
