Very blurry and dark

The picture is so blurry. We cannot get it to show any vivid colors. Have been working on it all day. Cannot get past how blurry everything is. We have it connected to satellite and we cannot get internet where we live. The company that sold it to us that wouldn't effect anything except we couldn't use the online features. Disappointed in this purchase. Possibly going to be returning it. Picture is very dark.

Hi Moni, I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with a distorted picture. The problem may be due to not connecting correctly with the satellite dish. Please check your connection with these steps: 1. Disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV, then unplug the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet. 2. If the external device supports UHD video, use a dedicated HDMI cable (4K) for HDMI video playback. 3. If a component cable is used, make sure that the colored connectors are connected to the matching connectors on the external device and the TV. 4. Check the cable connection if you use a set-top box. The cable you need to check depends on the type of set-top box. 5. If the problem persists, check the video output settings in the settings menu of the external device and ensure that your TV supports the video output mode. Crystal Clear

The quality is the best! The picture is so clear you can see every little detail. Apps are easy to install and you have added features to make it go above and beyond the call of duty! I love my Samsung tv!

My TV Experience

Only thing I wish for is that it would have HDMI 2.1 support and also 120hrtz option for my playstation 5 console. Other than that this an excellent TV to enjoy at a great cost.

Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great picture. The HDMI jack drops the sound to my sound bar often. It isn't the cord or the soundbar as I changed both out, it is definitely a faulty jack. Besides that it works really well.

Great Tv, software is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv quality is awesome and things look great. The only issue is the software seems clunky and slow compared to other smart tvs I used. It is frustrating to open an app when there is lag between the remote and the tv. Great picture though!

OK TV, global dimming feature ruins the experience

unlike a few other led backlit tvs, this samsung tv dims the entire areas of screen with a broader than required dimming. that makes the dark scenes a bit too dark, with the few lit areas in the screen also being dimmed. no good. next, the tv's smart meny feature sucks. i have roku for streaming, and this tv's ‘landing page' is the default one when turned on. to get rid of it, you have to press exit every single time. there is no option not to display the smart meny screen upon power on. sucks, samsung. did you get that? convey this to your software team. make the smart menu not default. people with their own streaming devices dont want to be bothered to find the tv remote every time to press exit. same foes for wifi connectivity. stop forcing customers to make the tv connect to wifi.

First, you can change the dimming feature of your TV by adjusting some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. To disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption, go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. Next, to turn off Smart Hub, go to Settings> General> Smart Features> Disable Autorun Smart Hub. Try turning the TV off and on again, and the Smart Hub menu should be disabled, with the current Input Source banner displayed in its place. Alternatively, you can leave Smart Hub enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub 2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature 3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App 4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature I hope these tips help to improve your enjoyment. 43" crystal tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am satisfied with the quality of the tv. It even survived, with original packing, a 1000 mile trip. The color and clarity is great. The only part of am not fond of is that we a movie is showing a panoramic view of countryside, it looks likes it warped. I use the tv for watching movies and shows. I do not do gaming or the like. It suits my purposes. Sorry, I don't know how to upload photos.
