[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this model, which is my 4th Samsung t.v. in my home. Everything is great, except the remote is from the 90s. All my other Samsung t.v. have the sleek, slimline, 7 button/2 toggle switch remote. I am extremely disappointed having to use a 100 button (exaggerated, but not) remote on my newest t.v. I also purchased the recommended sound bar and love it too.

tv does what we want and has a good picture, but the "home" button and the "enter" button on remote are too close together--in fact all the buttons are too close together, and not intuitive at all. if i am watching in a darkened room, i have to flick a flashlight app to make sure i don't punch the wrong buttons. so far good tv, sucky remote!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box was all torn up upon delivery. I was not sure if there was going to be any damage until I turned it on. So far, so good. This TV has a great design which a minimal frame which enhances viewing. Colors are vivid and picture is sharp. The remote control broke the day after I installed TV so was not able to check out any of the apps or all of the features available. Looking forward to being able to explore everything this TV has to offer. I received the new remote, had trouble getting it to work properly. Made a call to Samsung and they were able to take control of my TV (with my permission) and figured out what was wrong and had it working properly in no time. Still getting used to all the apps and their functions. I notice that sometime the picture gets grainy when viewing on Netfix or Amazon Prime Video. Someone suggested it may be the speed of my internet but, I get up to 1000 Mbps so that should not be the reason for it. The sound quality is very good. My only complaint about the volume is it always jumps up or down two, can't raise or lower one by one. I have been binging Stranger Things in 4K and various movies.

Exist free programs to watch, this is amazing. And my son's video game was connected on the tv, the image is perfect. I really love this tv. The size and image quality is my favorite things about this tv. I can watch tv with my windows open, and the light no influence the tv image. I ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is absolutely amazing. It has great smart features. I can use my phone as the remote . Comes with Netflix installed right out of the box. The couple times we have moved it around we haven't had any problems with it . Movies and shows are fun to watch as they are HD and in 4k as well. It is a great addition to a living room, but if your looking to upgrade your room to a theater this is the tv to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV that was almost fifteen years old was compatible with Alexa through my Firestick, and I thought this TV would be compatible automatically with Alexa without the Firestick since it is a much newer smart TV. It is almost unnecessary to have the Firestick connected, since this TV includes apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and others that can be downloaded from the app store. However, the app store for this TV does not include the Alexa app that troubleshooting sites have recommended for pairing your Alexa voice control device. The remote does not have a voice control feature either. I wish there was a way to adjust the bottom legs that hold the TV upright as well, because if they were flat, my TV would be able to fit where the old TV fit. We measured before purchasing the TV to ensure it would fit in this space, but nothing was there to warn buyers of the added inches from the legs if you are not mounting this TV to a wall. Overall for the price paid and year of the TV, I expected more features. It is a larger display that is more clear than our last model which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine for some home use, but mostly college. I love it. It was a nice, cheaper budget TV that has great 4K. The user interface is great. It's easy to navigate and has lots of great features. The remote is also super handy because you can use some of the shortcuts on the remote to navigate to things such as Netflix quick and easy. The quality of the video is great. It also has a great set up system where you can do it from your phone. The smart things connect is also cool, I can use my phone as the remote, and you have the option for it to detect and set up devices you have plugged in and will change the settings to help your connected devices with optimization. Overall it is a great TV and unbeatable for the price and I love it.

There are a lot of buttons on there which we don't use on a daily basis and I think it can be more user friendly. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase as this TV supports airplay and the picture quality is very sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with the size; the 65" tv makes it feel like you are right on site. Watching anything brings it up close. The picture and color is superb. I like the fact that the menu is on the main screen. Switching back and forth is so easy. Adding apps is a breeze as well. There are many options to choose from in the settings as well. All in all a great package!
