[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the purchase of my Samsung 43" TV. It was very easy to set up, get connected to WiFi and connect to my equipment. The overall quality seems good and I haven't experienced any issues in the first 3 months of ownership. The sound quality is different from my last tv and took a few days to get used to. I didn't give a fifth star due to the sound not being as good as I would have expected. Don't get me wrong, the sound is fine, but I expected it to be a touch better. All in all, I would recommend buying this TV.

i was aignificantly disappointed that the screen had failed after two month from purchase. this never happened with competative brands. the warranty service is in progress and the tv has been out of service for 13 days as the service cemter did not havr the screen in stock.

This purchase represents the 20th Samsung TV we have purchased for home/office/business. At one point I think I figured out we have over 1,000 inches of Samsung TVs! Why do we keep coming back? Simple, the features, setup, menus, etc. are well designed and consistent. I do not have to "re-learn" a TV product every time I get a new one. WIFI setup? a breeze. Sound setup? Always the same! The remotes? Same buttons do the same things on them all. I am a Samsung TV customer for life. No question about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been buying the Samsung brand for as long as we have been a family. We currently have 5 Samsung TV's. We bought the latest one to replace a previous Samsung Smart TV. The old Samsung is still in use out in the patio under cover to watch games while grilling out. The new Samsung is so much faster and smarter than the previous so their tech has come a long way. The picture is amazing, it is so lifelike that I can see the actor's defects like small scars and acne. Not totally sure if this is a good thing! LOL But seriously the picture is phenomenal and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone searching for a great TV at a great price. Truly a great value for every dollar spent. Thanks Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung television, because the picture is crystal clear, it is easy to program using the remote and it came with free Samsung TV Plus. I have purchased other brands before, but Samsung bets them all. I have many other devices from Samsung including my cell phone, which I never have any issues with.

tv is great. the samsung smart tv needs an overhaul. it is an annoying menu thing that is half screen that was poorly designed. why you couldn't make it a full interactive os like apple tv os or a roku or whatever. you can barely see the apps you have. it disappears and is not easy to use. do what everyone else does in a market and copy who does it best, any make some tweaks. i was going to try for awhile but got very annoyed in the first 5 minutes of use that i switched right back to my apple tv.

It actually has its own tv station with many channels to choose from with short commercials. We lovveeee our Samsung tv and benefit from all of its features. Image is very clear and you can customize in details. TV is light and thin, easy to install and carry. I love the fact it can work with Alexa. Overall with all the features and price I can say that is a great deal!
