It's "OK" I guess
the product worked ok out of the box. everyone that talks about how unresponsive or slow the remote is - spot on... worse i've had at lagging behind your remote clicks. also it's several times lost all connection with my wifi which my computers or phones have not, so i know there's nothing wrong with my wifi router. it's as if the tv just loses all idea that it was connected to wifi and starts over with setup. very annoying.... we'll see if and for how long it stays on and connected this time. i really don't like the way that the tv comes on with samsungtv crap - just want to be able to customize the buttons on startup and haven't found a way so far. the picture/color etc. - meh, it's ok too. maybe i can't expect much from a cheap tv, right?

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with remote response time. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Lastly, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. Great quality for a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV about a month ago and it has been a great product for the price range. The majority of apps that I use to stream shows are available on the Samsung smart TV selection. The colors are great and bright, but there are some glares when direct light from a window hits it. The TV connects to my phone with airplay seamlessly and changes inputs very smoothly. I am very impressed with the picture and sound quality. The game mode feature is useful and there is no noticeable lag when playing games online. Some cons I've noticed are that sometimes the tv will begin to flicker, which was very confusing, but after turning it off and back on it goes away. Also, at first the home menu and app selection is a little confusing and hard to navigate, especially when compared to third party smart tv plug ins. The TV remote itself is also a little cluttered and I end up hitting the wrong button when navigating. Having only two HDMI ports is also very limiting and I do have to unplug systems and plug others in when switching. Overall it is a great TV for the size and price range, being able to get all your favorite streaming apps, 4K quality, and impressive sound. I would recommend to anyone looking for a large 4K TV on a budget.
Easy to set up Beautiful picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 75” Samsung is beautiful, even when it's off! It mounted on the wall and fit right in to our room. We replaced a 60” tv , but the the Samsung looks twice as large since there is no thick frame and the screen goes to the edges, like an infinity swimming pool, but on the wall!The setup was a snap. We were able to quickly use our cable tv remote as well as the stylish small remote that comes with the set. The remote that comes with the tv has very few buttons and no number keypad! You don't need it. The onscreen visuals are easy to understand and the the voice remote makes tuning and adjustments a snap.The picture is phenomenal the sound from the internal speakers is great!We're very pleased with our choice of Samsung and look forward to many years of enjoyable watching.
Great TV...but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the Tv mostly for cable Tv and streaming movies, programs. Love the picture quality. Colors are awesome. Almost a 3D look. Very realistic. Wish the remote was a little larger for ease of use. Buttons kind of small. The only real issue is with the sound. When you switch from a streaming service to the cable Tv, the sound mutes and you have to turn off the tv and cable and restart them, in order to get the sound back. A minor inconvenience, not bad enough to return the TV. Had another Samsung model for 12 years with no issues. Would recommend Samsung TV over any other brand.
I'm addicted to Samsung!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for streaming my favorite streaming apps. I mainly wat h movies and cartoon series. I love that all of my apps are accessible on the home screen!! I just push a button and they're right there!! The sound is great and colors beautiful. The only things that bother me about my TV is how dark it is when watching films with dark movie sets. I even turn off my lights and adjust the brightness without affecting the picture quality. But it's still very hard to see for someone who is visually impaired. We need a way to brighten up the dark films. The remote is also very confusing. It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to it. It's not set up for convenience at all in my opinion. If it weren't for those things, this TV would definitely have 5 stars!! I'm addicted to Sam's now, so they're not losing my business!! Good for basic TV watching
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV just about everyday for YouTube videos, Hulu etc. I love that is simple and easy to use . Whenever I need to wirelessly connect my laptop to use it as a screen it's great. Picture and sound are good but the remote control drives me crazy. The remote is slow in response often (even when batteries are brand new) and the buttons seem to get stuck when pressed which makes annoying clicking sound and can be unbearable. Often also the apps on the TV crash despite me reseting it and and using upgraded firmware.

The remote could have been a lil better thought out. I also think the smart tv interface with the apps etc. could be better. Overall it's a great TV and excellent value.
Perfect TV for a new space!

The quality is great, and the apps along with the Samsung TV+ guide is helpful and a nice perk. The remote could be a bit more updated, as it's a standard remote not the sleek and modern remote from other models, but still functional. The fast start up and ease of use within the TV is great for all ages and again is fast. If you are looking for a beginner friendly TV with high quality playback for any room, you gotta check this model out!
A Nice Upgrade
we purchased this samsung tv a few weeks ago to replaced an older 32-inch television that we had in our living room. the sound and picture quality are very good as compared to our old television. the set up was fairly easy and we have found that our roku device is compatible with the tv, so we hav encountered any difficulties with it yet. the samsung remote that comes with this unit does have a variety of buttons. but, it is simple enough to use for basic functions. if you do not need a lot of whistles and bells, this unit will get the job done.
Great TV So far.

Setup was fairly easy, and it was even able to identify devices I hooked up to it, saving me lots of time. This TV even has the ability to turn on my other devices for me. The Remote is simple and easy to follow. The picture is much better and clearer compared to my last TV, and when UHD Shows come on, I definitely know it. It is able to bring up all the streaming services I have so I just select the proper button, and I'm there. Time will tell, but so far I am very satisfied with this Television.
