But this TV deserves an award. We got it because they originally didn't have our intended TV which was still Samsung but the curved TV version. Well they were sold out. I was disappointed but we had already planned movie night for our first night together in our new home as a family for once, so they offered this to me saying it was similar features, a like similar product ( I don't see how ones curves the other isn't, but moving forward) I bought it and went straight to my truck. ( side note as I was leaving the store, a couple was unloading their vehicle a TV to return and what do you know it was the first TV i wanted) I chuckled as if it was a sign saying that could've been me. Immediately opening the box I was blown away at the size of this TV. I'm a good 6 ft 2 so in comparison I was so intrigued by its size I had to play around with it. OMG. The clarity, the crisp sounds it produced, the colors stopped me dead in my track with a dumb look on my face jaw dropped and all I felt like a kid Christmas morning. I set everything up, tweaked it to our liking and it's been a blessing since. Samsung couldn't make a terrible product even if they tried. Everyone else needs to step their game up if they want a chance to compete. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself for once to something worth every penny spent.Haven't you been through enough ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] App integration makes for easy set up. I still can't believe how amazing the picture is. I also have a qled and I think the picture is still better on the Crystal TV. My only wish is that it had an extra hdmi port or upgrade to hdmi 2.whatevee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between me with streaming cooking shows and my son downloading music this tv is awesome. I allow my son to play his video games on the TV he feels like he's at the arcade. The picture is so clear everything looks realistic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WIFI went out in about 16 months and the warranty is only for 12 months. When the WIFI was working it was great for streaming. I really enjoyed watching movies and sports on the TV. If not for the WIFI going out in less than a year and half I would have given this TV a 5 Star rating. Samsung did agree to pay for the parts after they confirmed that the WIFI was defective. I had to pay for the labor and transport it to and from the service center as it would have been a lot more if they come to your residence. Very disappointed in a TV that needs to be repaired in less than 2 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watching some old shows the TV screen has been showing excellent picture quality but some of the new shows that are coming on TV where there are problems with the people filming because of the Covid some of the pictures seem a little blurred such as when watching dancing with the stars. Otherwise I really enjoy the set the picture quality is very good and the sound Quality is excellent

Bought this for myself for xmas to replace another older (14 yrs) Samsung TV. The picture and sound are great. I love that it works with my Google Home as it makes the 'sleep' function easy through it as otherwise you need to go through a few steps to get to the sleep option (my last remote had it on it which was wonderful). I definitely recommend Samsung TVs (I have a 65" in the family room).

We (my wife and I) love this TV so much that we put it in our bedroom, in front of our bed so we can watch our movies, TV shows and play video games. The sound and image quality is sensational. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV mainly for streaming media and playing video games. I have encountered little issues throughout owning this TV for about a year now. I have experienced a couple of times where the screen has had issues with display and makes the picture unrecognizable. Also, issues with connecting to the internet have been the most prominent issue, but both issues can be resolved with a simple reset. Every issue I've had can be quickly diagnosed with no needed specialist. I can say I will greatly recommend this TV to friends and family as far as positives go. This TV has an amazing display once the type of media or game actually supports 4K. The audio is fairly good and needs some tweaks to adjust to the environment where the TV is positioned. If you connect an HDMI cable for gaming to this TV, it automatically activates game mode as well which lightens the colors for a better experience. Sadly, for me to enjoy this feature, I have to manually do it since it is an issue on my behalf. Otherwise, it is a solid 4/5 for those minor issues you have, but most products will always need some type of reset either way.

The only thing is when I upgraded from my 65", the remote was different. It took a while for my wife to get use to it. For the price, you can't beat it. I really love this TV. I've installed all my streaming apps and they work great. Will not buy anything but Samsung.

Fast processing, good picture quality and sound . We loved inbuilt samsung tv channels. Its diffinatly better than previous version.
