The resolution on this tv is great :)

Reliable tv

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would not have purchase this TV , it has poor volume on it . You have to max out the volume to be able to hear and that is still not loud enough . I will never purchase a Samsung TV or any other product again.

Please know we are here to help you. There are several features you can adjust that may help resolve your issue with low volume. 1. Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. 2. Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3. Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Finally, please ensure your Firmware is up to date. Great look for our wall mount and room size

Has great smart tv technology options as well. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in a casual viewing experience that won't break the bank.

Exceeds Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time buying a Samsung TV and so far I have not been disappointed. The picture quality is great for casual use in the living room. It has many helpful and interesting features like Samsung TV channels and self-service. What amazed me when first setting up this TV was how easy it was to get help. I had some troubleshooting in the beginning but I placed a report on the help inquiry portal and within less than a minute I got a call from a helpful and reliable person. Overall, my first impressions are great and I recommend it to other people who are looking for a smart TV that has everything you could need.

I am satisfied with both hardware and software,

I am using this product for one year and satisfied with both hardware and software. I get a lot of TV channels from Samsong TV. I can download applications for free too. I use wifi to see and can see alot of TV move channels for free. Youhave htmi input and TV antrnna as phsical input only! I am happy to have this TV even I can not connet it o my old VCR or my old strerio. My old system has treditional AV output only.

I absolutely love this tv.

I have the one downstairs hooked up to my Samsung sound bar system and my Xbox series x. It makes my gaming experience out of this world. I love this tv and would definitely recommend it.

Samsung 82”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is much brighter and even clearer than our 4K Vizio. It comes with Samsung TV. Car shows for me and cooking shows for my wife. Apparently there around 100 channels. This was a surprise after we set it up but has made us want all Samsung TVs going forward.

Great TV

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My second large screen from Samsung 10 year old 55” LED to the basement (still working great but wanted the bigger screen). Very happy with the picture quality and features. Love QLED. Use a Bose system for sound.
