This TV was primarily used for gaming, and watching TV/YouTube. Much of the gaming was done in 4K and overall looked very good. Sharpness and contrast were above average and had rich detail. The response time and refresh rate for gaming was also very good for a TV and made for it to be an enjoyable experience. Overall this TV is worth it and will be a great choice for most people!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The resolution on the TV is great, very clear and vivid compared to our previous TV. The addition of free TV is a nice bonus. The ability to connect apps to the Home Screen and not through an external device is helpful, although the one small negative is the sometimes clunkiness of the OS. All in all, great value and a purchase we are quite happy with!

the remote control works more slowly than any tv we've ever had, to the point that we sometimes think it's not working at all. the response from the tv can take easily 30 seconds after we press and release a button on the remote. we're slowly learning to adjust our expectations, but wish we didn't have to accommodate the tv, rather than it accommodating us. the lack of a printed instruction manual is a huge inconvenience to us, since our computer is in the opposite end of the house, and to look at the manual we downloaded requires a long walk both ways, which is borderline unacceptable.

The sound constantly has to be turned up and down while watching a program. The voices get really quiet, so you have to turn it up to hear what they're saying. The music and noises get very loud, so you have to turn it down.

purchased to replace a 14 yr old samsung plasma. the change and quality in the picture is incredible. depending on program, there is depth to the picture, almost 3d like, and the overall quality is great, and price point is very affordable!! i highly recomend this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this great TV, my first ever 4k, as a suprise fathers day gift from my family. It was a wonderful suprise and a great gift. Any and all content looks and sounds great on it. HD and native 4K both look great. Both Xboxes we have the 360 and the x look great also. The setup and install of apps and devices all went without a hitch. Our set top cable box from Xfinity looks great as well. I enjoy the set every time I turn it on. It is a tremendous value for the money. It looks great in my "man cave " as well and sounds great through my integrated amp and floorstanding speakers. Thanks

this is the most disastrous remote ever! the channel selecter is crammed into such a tight space that there is no way to not goof and go to where you intended! too much numerics up top too little space for tv programming! audio is a joke, picture quality is sub par, cheaper sets have better sound. i could never recommend this product to anyone. samsung seems to have lost their narbles. not the quality i expected! this was so bad , i returned it after 2 days, bought rca 65” qled tv for less money and superior picture and sound. the remote is the same as my roku,super easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First new TV in nearly ten years, replacing a 39 inch Toshiba LED and it's my first time really experiencing a 4K in person. SInce I'm disabled now and am pretty much homebound, I don't get to check out new tech like I used too. Saw this one on sale, check out it's specs and jumped at the the chance for a larger screen. Most of my electronics over the past five years have been from Samsung and have become a trusted brand in my house, so that pretty much locked down my decision on the purchase. Over the past couple of months of use I've got no regrets on my purchase. The picture is clear and clean, even making non UHD video look a lot better than I'd ever seen and seeing UHD movies that I have on Vudu remind me of when video games first started running at 60 fps back in the 90s. Still not a 100% used to this level of picture clarity. After setting up the streaming services that I use, I now have put off picking up a Roku since this has met my needs and it's nice not having to have a game console on all the time to stream. My only complaint is the speaker seemed to be in the back of the the unit and often requires me to turn the volume up to higher levels. Just a nitpick since one day I'll probably get a sound bar if I can find one to match my budget. I'm very satisfied with this TV, it's been great for gaming and streaming and I've already recommended this TV to my family.
