The responsiveness of this TV is unbelievable.

My favorite thing about this TV is its connectivity; it can connect to my phone, Xbox remote and normal tv controller simultaneously. Also, the picture is INCREDIBLE. On top of all of that, I love it for its ‘video game mode.'

WiFi keeps dropping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to of theses TVs that won't keep WiFi and have to do a soft reset every time it loses my IP address. I've tried the factory reset putting in everything for my Wi-Fi and manually called my internet provider and it's not on there end and it only this model that does it in my house have 7 Samsung smart TVs and it's just these 2 that do it all the other one work just fine never have an issue with them.

Mark2: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. ALOT of features and tech for a great price!

i found this tv while looking for a basic tv. i was able to purchase this tv, which was way more advanced and had more features for less, than the “cheap” tv's! i have a much more expensive tv hanging in our family room that doesn't do half of what this samsung does. i will be ordering another for our family room and replace whats currently there.

This tv has an amazing picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my husband for Christmas and He/we absolutely love this tv. The picture is vivid and crystal clear. We have a surround sound hooked up to the optical and the sound is amazing. It is a smart tv and we had no trouble at all in connecting it to our WiFi and it actually works better on WiFi than the smart tv we have connected in the same room as our modem and router. I debated a while on which one I wanted to get for him as we have always gotten A different brand tv, but I am so glad we got this Samsung tv, it was a great choice. The only thing I don't like about it is that you cannot control the volume with the tv remote if you have sound hooked through the optical input which really ain't that big of a deal since the surround has its own remote.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this TV for a month now and I love it! The picture quality is great as is the sound. I love the quick buttons on the remote giving me easy access to Netflix and other aps. I also love that Samsung removed the loud power on/off sound of previous models! Great TV for the price.

Ecosystem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I'm working on my editing I can use the AirPlay with all of the devices I have to check the quality on the beautiful Samsung screen. The picture the tv displays is very real like, just a pleasure to watch movies on. The one I have is also really thin so it's all screen. My next mission is to get a few more.

This TV has great features and is pretty seamless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv so that i could get a decent enough sized screen for movies in my apartment while being fast enough to handle gaming, and it has not disappointed. Not to mention its smart features that allow any add-ons to be able to be used pretty seamlessly such as my PS4 and Apple TV.

Incredible picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this tv for a couple of months I'm still impressed every time I turn it on. It takes old video games coming through a regular 1080p hdmi and makes them look like brand new 4K games. Game mode also set the tv to the perfect settings for gaming and automatically switches to tv mode when I go to a streaming app.

65" Crystal TV

Our previous TV was a 55" Samsung TV from 2010 and is a bit outdated with the technology and features on it., I really likes the SmartTV features. Being that we don't have cable service, Samsung TV Plus comes in handy. Several free channels at your fingertips using internet connection is perfect for her. Jack Hanna's Wild Countdown is my favorite channel. I also compliments the quality of the picture and the thin trim around the border of the TV.

Tv is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my tv. The color is vibrant during day and the nighttime too. The sound is perfect too usually I would have to raise the volume to high to hear everything but this tv is loud at a low setting. There's free movies and tv shows and i could download basically any streaming service on to my tv. There's no lag and I haven't had a problem with my tv in the 6 months I've had it. I'm not kidding usually I don't pay attention to reviews but trust me this is the best TV I've ever had. Highly recommend it.
