[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is nice for the price, my only issue is, it's very hard to see the people during night scenes. This is an issue with this model. I've read forums where others have this problem and is unable to find a fix. This is and ongoing issue that I hope Samsung will find a fix soon.

The kids enjoy gaming out on the big screen, Dad enjoys the clarity for the big game and I enjoy streaming my Spotify directly to the TV for an afternoon cleaning session while jamming out.

i am very impressed with this tv! i purchased a similar model from a different brand a few months back and i resold it immediately because the os was sooooo laggy and slow. i dont have this problem with my new samsung. the ui is clean and easy to navigate, the picture is beautiful and the size and design are perfect for my fireplace mantel. it was easy to setup and the sound is fantastic! great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on televisions and ultimately settled on my Samsung for two reasons, quality and affordability. I don't think you'll get a better smart tv for this price. The picture is crisp and the sound is better than the reviews I read gave it credit for. It's user friendly, my girlfriend has a 5 & 8 year old, they both adapted to the remote within a couple of days. It's a thin tv, easy to lift, so mounting it flush against the wall was easy. The only thing I regret is not going up to 75 inches.

The first time it was used for gaming I couldn't over how clear the picture was , because of the clarity it mad the animation look so real, l the colors were amazing. Sound quality is also unreal, at times your not sure if certain sounds as thunder or sirens are coming from your TV or if they are actually happening in real life. I've never much cared about what brand or what TV I purchase but I am so happy I took my time and researched this time .

Since this was for my bedroom I didn't really need QLED or 120hz screen, so why pay for it. I would definitely buy again if the need arose.

The picture is still BREATHTAKING to me, and I've had it for almost a month now! I look forward to going home to watch TV because the picture is so crisp and clear - it feels like I'm actually in the scene! I am so excited about my TV that I'm going to surprise my mother with a Samsung Crystal UHD TV of her own! I would STRONGLY and HIGHLY suggest that anyone who's in the market for a wonderful quality TV experience, definitely purchase the Samsung Crystal UHD! You won't regret it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I just say WOW! This is a great TV. My old one was 10 years old and I have been wanting a new one for quite a while. When I had the opportunity to buy this at a discount in exchange for an honest review, I jumped! The picture is amazing! We were watching an OLD Disney movie and the picture appeared to "jump" because the refresh rate is so high! Setting up all the smart features was super easy! Even connecting our existing surround sound was a breeze! Super easy to figure out the "smart" features. I was able to do it without the book that came with it! It has taken some tweaking to get picture settings just right and to make sure the sound and picture are just right, but now my kids are so excited because I don't have to sign them into Netflix or Disney+ when they want to watch something. They can even "throw" their Youtube and TicTok up on the screen from their phones.

Price is great. Picture is very nice. Sound is good. Loading or changing between apps is sooooooo slooooooooooooowwww. It's like driving a Camaro with a Chevette engine. If there was anyway speed it up the stars would increase. Until then it's a decent 2nd or 5th TV.

the picture and sounds quality is great! just have one small issue. had my xbox and harmon karman receiver hooked into it, and then one day it decided that i couldn't use either one. after resetting the tv it still wouldn't use my receiver and xbox right. receiver works when i have my computer turned on only and finally got the xbox to work. xbox comes on only when i turn it on. the tv doesn't turn it on anymore. hopefully whenever there's an update it will fix the issue.
