[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television. the sound quality really helps you escape . the picture quality alone makes it the best tv I have ever owned. it emmersifies you in the experience and makes you feel like you are really in the shows. with video games you can really enjoy the gaming world . the Samsung plus channels are just a bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV just over a year now. I upgraded from another Samsung that was several years older. The picture is significantly better than what I had (I know this is still lower quality than what is out there currently) and for the price I am not sure you can get a 65" TV at this quality for cheaper. Also bought a Samsung sound bar at the same time and am impressed with that as well. Only annoying thing on that is I wish they had a way to mount them together without needing aftermarket mounts. It should come with something for the same brand TV. Only problem I have been having with the TV is after about a year I have had wifi connection issues. It is very intermittent and all I need to do is do a hard reset on the TV by either unplugging it or holding down the power button for about 30 seconds. I don't watch TV daily so its not a big deal to me, but could be for others with the same problem.

We have had this tv over a month and are very pleased with the quality. The picture is clear, it is the perfect size for an average family room and the features were very easy to program. It provides excellent features and performance for the price.

It takes several seconds after the button you pushed registers with the TV. Often you aren't sure if it the button worked so you press again and then it jumps all over. The sounds quality is fine. Again, the accessibility with the remote and the function of the main menu is one of the worse I've experiences with a TV and is a deal breaker. I wouldn't buy another one.

i didn't expect this model to look as good as a quantum dot tv, and especially not anywhere near as good as an oled, but i did think it would be an improvement on my old 1080p tv from a lesser brand. sadly, it isn't. if my family looks at the tv fairly straight on, the picture is okay, but if anyone is off too far on the side, it gets considerably more washed-out. bright content looks pretty vibrant on the tv, but dark content, especially in movies, looks terrible. large black areas look splotchy and take over sections of the screen, even with movie mode on. any, yes, i have updated the firmware. picture aside, it has only two hdmi ports, and one is taken up if you use an arc soundbar. really, samsung?

On a whim I bought this TV and since then I've realized how much I had been missing out on. Wgether it be its 4k resolution or 60 hz refresh rate, this TV can make a major difference in your movies, games or a anything else. I thought only having 2 hdmi ports would be an issue but there are several methods of bypassing that issue should you need to and 2 hdmi ports is honestly plenty for most people. The sound quality is fairly good and I have never had issues with tge speakers being to quiet which I have had issues with in the past. I also found myself really enjouing the smart TV capabilites more than I expected, especially the convenience of inputs changing automatically depending on what was in use. Finally, the range of options available to customize your viewing experience is varied and detailes. I especially appreciate the available "Game mode" which offers reduced latency which allows full appreciation of the 60 hz refresh rate. Overall, whether you are looking for a TV to watch movies with your family or game on one of your consoles, I'd be hard pressed to find a better option then this.

The image quality is very good but not as crisp as other models also the original sound speakers are pretty fair. Again for the price it's a really good TV.

Not to mention the home selection button which allows me to easily navigate from watching my favorite shows on Netflix to keeping up to date on my health on the Samsung Health app. There's so much this TV has to offer and I can't wait to discover everything!
