[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many features and settings on this tv; with that being said, its going to take some time to learn exactly how you want your settings and what features you want on or off. Samsung does a pretty good job with their menus explaining what things do but itll take a couple hours of reading to get a understanding of this tvs many different features

i had an old tv and this is my first ever tv purchase. it wasnt overly expensive but it still seems fancy. samsung tv plus is cool. i dont like the remote the pause and start button are tiny and hard to find in the dark. i wish it had a search audio feature. the interface where all the apps are is linear and doesnt populate by most recently used so i do alot of scrolling to continue my last episode

only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the TV and the smart features included. Picture is great and cannot be beat in this price range. Only complaint would be that the TV will not recognize my cable box but I just use both remotes. I would definitely recommend.

And love it for movies on family night wit. an and cle ar pic ture and great for my security cameras with smartswitch and also -doubles as our home desktop monitor when not gaming on ps4 and connecting my s21 ultra is smooth and easy to connect best picture and affordable price easy to operate TV would recommend to new Samsung owners

I appreciate the automatic change to game mode when a console is plugged in. I like that the TV automatically detects equipment that is plugged into it and identifies the product. The smart remote is great to control all of the console with one remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the HD quality picture. Provides a lot of additional channels to watch also which is great for us. All of the instructions can be a bit intimidating but once you get it working it is worth it. The volume/volume controls are less than desirable however.

i bought this tv to replace a roku, the picture is amazing. it makes older movies look like real time as well as new ones. my only complaint is the remote setup, the buttons for other apps are too close to the arrow buttons. you go to hit the return button and push another app button because they're too close to one another. but in the end this tv is quite amazing!
