Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I love being able to easily switch between Netflix and my gaming systems. I also really like that through bluetooth, I can stream music from my phone to the TV. It's super user-friendly and I am very happy with it.

It's A Dream Come True

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. It has the most crystal clear picture I've ever seen the color is so dynamic it looks as if you could walk right into whatever you are watching at the time. The sound quality feels like you've entered a theater, so incredible.

Great picture, poor connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

Kranberie: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. Best TV Ive had in years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this tv mainly for gaming and movies/streaming. Crystal clear image as advertised, really no need for a soundbar, and low latency have made it worth every penny. It took a while to get used to admittedly with the clear motion and just how much better the image quality is. Some stuff looks pretty real. That can be a good or bad thing. Lol If youre looking for a great multi-function television you just found it. Dollar for dollar it's a no brainer.

Good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had a bad experience thus far. It is a good value and performs acceptably in it's class. The sound is only average but I expected that. I stream everything. No cable. It is doing well with the wifi reception but had trouble getting it to work with 5ghz. It was constantly buffering. Your service person says it is designed to accept 2.4ghz. I changed that and it is working beautifully. However, that was not written anywhere. Overall, it is definitely 4 star.

Beautiful picture, Great sound, Fun features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV for many reasons. The size makes me feel like I'm at the movies - super immersive. It even does well in a sunny room without much of the typical glare thanks to the bright picture. The sound is loud and full, even with bass, something that other TVs this thin generally fail to deliver. The settings menu and apps are easy to navigate and use with the lightweight, minimal remote. The remote even controls my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max via HDMI-CEC - super convenient. The overall design is modern with a tiny bezel so it almost seems like a high-quality picture just hovering in the air with my multi-axis wall mount, which was easy to install given its relatively small weight - if not for the awesome size, one person could easily lift it. While prices vary by region and retailer, I found it to be very affordable given all of its specs and features, not only compared to other brands in its class, but also compared to other Samsung models. I have other TVs in my home and office with similar specs from LG and Sony, but this Samsung is easily the best of them all. I highly recommend it for its great picture, wonderful sound, simple remote, overall design, and excellent overall experience. It is definitely best-in-class.

Best TV Ever!

it was quite a surprise to find out i had free samsung tv channels when my tv was set up. i mostly stream but i love my tv. i bought a firestick and i havent used it once because my samsung remote already has buttons for my streaming. the quality of the picture is great too! i am very happy with my tv. probably my all time favorite of all the tvs i have purchased. great product for the value! i would definitely recommend.

Crazy how much TV's improve year over year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much nicer this television is than the Samsung I purchased only 2 years ago. The picture is much more clear, the features are much more useful and best of all, it was about 100 bucks cheaper. All that said, what I appreciate the most about this television is the fact that it is going to allow me to save some money on cable. The TV came with its own Samsung television service...which for now appears to be free...and has about 100 channels. In addition, I can add other movie/ TV streaming apps to the TV so...no need for me to have a 2nd cable box in my basement. Saves me an extra 20 bucks a month in cable! Nice.

This tv has easy connect to pc and phone share

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has really be an amazing addition to the family with schooling and entertainment, easy connections with phone mirroring as well as pc connection, even more with easy turn on with ps4 and ps5 with its easy connect, I just got a 55 inch as well but this time with Bixby! I am super excited for my purchases, samsung is all I get with tv and phones.

Gorgeous picture and high quality definition TV!

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!
