Great price for a great product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv is wonderful! It has a wide visual display (Ie colour, dynamic range, shadow composition). Loud speakers (I normally don't turn it up past 20 vol so I don't disturb my neighbors), and 4k resolution in a small budget that fits just about anywhere.

Disappointed

One of the reasons I bought this was because it is compatible with Alexa. I'm very disappointed that after maybe hundreds of tries, I haven't been able to connect it to Alexa. Been writing back and forth with support and they just keep giving me directions on how to connect Smarthings to Alexa. If you're going to advertise that your TV does something, then make sure it does, or make sure your support knows how to get it to do what it's supposed to

No need for a couch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 75” Samsung for our family room in a new house. My brother and I installed the unit on the wall right after moving in and having the Wi-Fi connected… it was amazing! The color, the ease of use, the intuitive design of the remote, even the non-amplified sound was great! Unfortunately though, we were not able to bring our old furniture up to the family room b/c the stairwell was too tight, but that hasn't stopped up from watching that big screen while sitting on the carpet! Thanks Samsung! The picture is nice that there's little need for a new couch!

GREAT FEATURES ON THIS SAMSUNG MODEL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS TV SET IS USED IN THE DEN, IT WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE A 55" LG UNIT THAT DIED AFTER 2 YEARS. I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF THE LEG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP FOR THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SETUP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR, SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

Every night is a beautiful movie night

Great TV with great features

Great all round TV

Not as good as my old Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to update my tv and got a TU7000 and loved my older version so I thought this one would be just as easy Nope, I find it more difficult that needs to be and can't download some apps that I wanted and your Samsung TV app seems to dominate the tv sometimes and wish I could delete it. I bought a Toshiba for my bedroom and it's a breeze to program and with the Samsung you have to be a professional to set up and etc... I bought this since my last one was so easy to use but I can't say that for this one. I think when I go to replace it I will go with another brand that is more user friendly.

We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. Maybe just me but….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok let's say this… I've been eyeing this tv for awhile. It has everything i wanted and wasn't going to break the bank. Saying that, I've had one tv sent with a broken screen and the replacement had the backlight go out and sent it for repair under warranty. Now, the picture quality is great! I like the features and it also has better factory speakers than i expected. I'd probably still recommend it a good low end buy. I've had cheaper ones from other brands and they weren't as good as Samsung (didn't think i was gonna say that did you?)
