tv turns on by itself in middle of the night, and also turns off on its own while viewing?? picture is just ok, for the price point i guess it's acceptable. the remote design is a joke, barely useable. speakers are good. the malfunctions are a deal breaker, will be returning for another brand.

And when I finally got it delivered, setting up is even better. My husband is a big television fan, so, when I found this tv, she was exited. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS TV SET IS USED IN THE DEN, IT WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE A 55" LG UNIT THAT DIED AFTER 2 YEARS. I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF ANOTHER LG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP OF THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. OF IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SET UP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR AND SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

i'm reasonably happy with my 60" model. the picture is fantastic, especially with 4k input. however, when i turn the tv on, it tries to open my attached blu-ray player and start with that every time. it happens even if i physically disconnect the blu-ray, it still opens with the hdmi source screen and i have to manually change the input...every time! very annoying. my second problem is that this model seemingly only allows a single pair of bluetooth headphones to be connected at a time. my wife and i would both like to listen with headphones at the same time. doesn't samsung realize that more than one person would want to listen at a time? extremely annoying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the TV, I loved it. The picture quality was great, the sound was clear, and it was very easy to mount on the wall. However, just a couple months after the one (1) year warranty expired, the TV developed a dark spot near the top left corner. I purchased the Samsung as all the reviews said they lasted the longest, were the best quality, etc. I did not have the same experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Smart TV with great price deal. Lovely picture and sound quality. So far no issues with any of the device from Samsung like TV, Soundbar, Woofer etc.So many features to choose from. Overall nice and good.

My mom bought 4 returned tvs a month or so ago, this one happened to be with the bunch. It does have a damaged screen BUT that's why it was returned so we got it for a much lower cost. The screen is progressively getting worse but I hope it lasts at least a year or two before I may just invest in a brand new one. Love the tv, the family tv we have is 10 years old, still works like a charm but changing the input to play on my playstation was mind breaking, this one however automatically does that with ease. Watching YouTube and Netflix is also really enjoyable as well. Hopefully this tv lasts as long as it can for me (once again because the screen was damaged hence a return resell at an auction and was not Samsung's fault but was the previous owners fault) I'll be sure to try and save so I can get another one as I just love this tv very much, even if it's a bit damaged. Performance is still very outstanding. (It's also the reason I even play on my playstation, my old tv is really small and far away so not so enjoyable)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV for the price. I have several TVs at home ranging from lower end "cheap" models to very high end models. This TV is a great happy middle. It provides good screen quality with good definition. Smart features are great with endless apps available and if there isn't an app, you can always cast it from your phone. The only reason I've given this 4 stars is because the User Interface can be laggy at times.
