[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superb 4k ressolution and pure color made this my choice for audio visual entertainment !! I view sporting events and streaming movies. The 4k resolution makes my BLUERAY dvds "POP" from the screen !! Multiple hdmi ,RCA and USB inputs allow easy connections. I would recommend this TV and all Samsung to my business associates , family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] issues: It doesn't appear that I can link it up to wifi earbuds the sound is all over the place, doesn't pic up conversation well but blasts you out on the sound effects and music the screen is incredibly dark. the rep I bought it from warned me but I didn't believe him. Its dark and I've tried adjusting what little I can in the display settings but its a lost cause. I can't watch darker themed things during the day with blinds open on my windows. pairs well with firestick is thin and very lightweight reasonably priced

mixed feelings. picture is great. i set it up and all was good. about 1 week later it recognized there was a device on hdmi-1 but didnt know what it was. it was my spectrum cisco 8742hdc cable box. so couldnt control cable box with samsung remote. tried everything but no luck. even when i manually told it the make and model it couldnt control it. so now i have to use two controllers. shouldnt have to do that with a “smart” tv.

great tv and value. works as should, great picture, likely linited by roku and local antenna. bought samsum sounbar to use only 1 remote but cannot control sounbar volume even after looking up how to connnect. maybe user errror but only reason i gave 4 stars was because i was unsuccessful in pairing to soundbar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd 65inch Samsung TV that has a problem with the sound that goes out for seconds during viewing on any type of streaming device or watching Samsung TV built in channels. This happen on TV speakers or using sound bar.

I have only had a couple of issues such as the sound all of a sudden not working (disconnected and reconnected the HDMI cable); and, if I disable the wifi to the tv from my Xfinity app, I have to sign back in to the Samsung account (once I figured it out, it wasn't really an issue). The tv wasn't bright enough but my husband adjusted a feature which made it better. Overall, we are extremely happy with this Smart TV and all of it's features, picture and sound, especially at the low price point. I would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really good for the price point. From the moment it arrived it was amazingly well packaged easy to remove and well protected. I purchased a Q800 soundbar with this TV and unleashed a very good experience in my movie room. The only downside is fast motion sports it isn't as crisp or fluid as the QLED models but I didn't make that choice as this TV fit my budget perfectly . If I had to do it all over again I would do the same thing with no regrets. For those customers who want a good TV for a fair price I would certainly recommend this for them.
