Crystal clear. Great sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture. The quality of the image is first rate. I choose Samsung TV's (which I have five) because I believe their speakers have a better sound than any other brand out there. Even without external speakers the TV is clear and loud. Music sounds like it should. Action sounds like true action.

This product has the best quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television by far the best set I've owned in a very long time , I was able to download the remote app on my phone making it simple in case of loss of remote . Amazon prime app already installed Netflix already installed so many other features on the remote alone , I love the guide with the inset TV while surfing for shows to watch I can stream life content also a special section just for gaming , parental controls is my favorite feature keeping unwanted channels from being used by young viewers , the color is sharp and vivid it adjusts to the rooms lighting as to save on electricity that's a plus! The sound is crisp and clear also adjustable to your preference or: more bass less bass I can program my set to turn on or off at specific times of the day or night , also fully mountable and easy to clean or dust I just love my Samsung TV hands down I could never buy any other brand after this product call me spoiled I don't care but Samsung is my product for life , thanks Samsung keep up the good work I am one satisfied customer

Tv Great !!

Beautiful picture for such a large screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch cable TV shows and movies, sports and streaming series. I do not like how difficult it is to set the shut-off timer. I hate the fact that this TV shuts itself off randomly, just like my last Samsung. Will be calling for warranty service.

Hi Qantas77, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Great TV- Not enough HDMI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is beautiful, well priced, great picture. Its only drawback is that it doesn't have enough HDMI ports, capped at 2! I'm guessing this is one of the reasons it's so reasonably priced. Overall, a great TV

Loved it while it worked

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

Vlin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. What a wonderful tv!

The tv connects easily to the internet and does not lose connection like my other ones. The sound from the tv is good enough on its own but obviously better when a sound bar is used. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking to buy a tv.

Crystal Clear TV Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung TV. Before this I had a 55" TV from a competitor (three letters is all I'll say) which died after only 2 years. When I got my new Samsung I immediately noticed how much clearer and almost lifelike the picture is. I watch both cable and streaming programs including movies and sports. And the picture has great detail and clarity. It's great to watch my Boston sports teams on my Samsung. I have the 58" set now but probably in a few years I will buy another Samsung, only it will be a 75" TV! Thank you Samsung!

Great Smart TV!!!

Works wonderful and image is fantastic. Will be buying again for bedroom in the future.

Great for gaming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option for casual gaming or daily streaming. Not only does it come with Samsung's free streaming service with several personal favorite options, but it includes game mode for better visual display capabilities. Vibrant colors and crisp picture! One drawl back was that during streaming, images would become blocky and grainy in dark parts of the screen. Of course that could be due to data bottlenecks between the internet provider and the screen. This is not a problem during gaming oddly.
