I think that's why they put crystal InThe t.v.s. name !I recommend this t.v to my whole family Nothing but the best made and the best quality and that goes for your family too. Plus God forbid and thing happens to it I already submitted the serial number to Samsung so it's protected under warranty and I guarantee your gonna love this t.v. Along with all the other Samsung products they got out there best thing to me about this t.v. is no cable or boxes required all t.v. I need is already built in the t.v. it comes with it for free! Covid hit me and my family hard it wasn't like we could go out and afford a monthly subscription to cable at that time so u was nice that Samsung took care of some things for us I'm tearing up right now so imma get outta here but check the TV out people you'll love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 30 inch TV and were very happy with the size and quality of the TV. However, we have begun to notice that the whites often appear purple or have a strobe like effect. This tends to happen when there is direct sunlight on the TV and after some research, we have found that this is a common issue with Samsung TVs. We may try a different HDMI cable to see if this will make it any better but it seems to be an issue with the TV since the issue has occurred with several devices.

I was really impressed with the sound. I was saving up for a sound bar, but the sound is decent without it. I like the remote, but it needs a backlight.

However once I easily setup the TV and I really favored the quality of not only the picture but the pre-installed technologies. The Wi-Fi was easy to set-up for the smart tv apps like Apple, Hulu, Amazon Prime and YouTube TV. I was more of a projector person, it since I purchased the television I barely watch my projector.

I love the bright display and the ability to change displays for different viewings (movies, news, sports). I loved the modern layout of the home screen and apps as well. One thing I didn't like was switching from an Android TV, the android seemed easier to navigate than the Samsung.

Originally was looking for a larger one but due to the size of the living room it went in I decided to try the 55”. Was worried I wouldn't like the size and picture, but have been really happy with my choice! Picture is great, color is amazing, I love the features and how well it integrates with my smart home features. Really happy overall.

HDMI 2.1 is not included, so gaming in 120fps is not able to be done, but 60fps is! As far as actual gaming goes! It's amazing definitely a notable feature of the television! Quality of 4k streaming is also amazing. Every video I've streamed has always come out to look great! Even If the show is old. My final issue is the Menu Lag, unfortunately the menu lags behind on simple tasks. Besides the two problems this is an amazing TV I would highly recommend to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use use the over the air tuner and if we lose signal on 12- channels some times it deletes the channel out of the memory and to watch 12-1 or other 12- channels we have to scan all the channels again. Happens every couple weeks. We do stream channels from internet and use apps for movies which work great. Very happy with quality. Sound works very weird. When you turn TV on you have to volume up every time for few seconds because it is like on zero when you turn it on. Still a great buy and great picture for the price.

I also enjoy watching movies and TV series that are on Netflix and Hulu... The TV visuals and sounds are extremely wonderful. The quality of the picture is out of this world. I love all Samsung products. Even every phone I use is a Samsung also. They are very easy to use, understand and control. The different features come in very handy. I myself prefer Samsung to any other product. I love how my phone can connect with my TV!!! I would definitely recommend Samsung products over any other product out there!!!!
