Had mine for 7 months. Was happy with it. Until a line down the middle of my screen appeared one morning. Sams sent me to Samsung due to still under warranty. Samsung had me send pictures. They sent a tech out to take the same pictures only to not get back to me. After I called for a status I was informed they will not cover it.

Whats even better is because the TV is a smart TV i dont have to worry about seeing a bunch of wires when its mounted on the wall because its all worked into the actual TV. I also was concerned that because i have an iphone that the integration wasnt going to be good but I was completely wrong. It actually works quite seamlessly with my phone. Very happy with the product.

bought this tv as a secondary tv as i love my other samsung q90.... the main purpose was to be able to screen mirror with apple product, but it just wont seem to work. maybe after a call with samsung it will be able to, but right now it is just annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just bought it a few months ago. It has nice features but some can be improve. controller for tv isnt comfortable. Button feel on controller feel stiff and hard to push the right button. app A&E make my tv crash everytime. I was going to call samsung because of that. Because I just bought it and just started to use the features and apps. A&E app made my tv go black. I was scared because the only to stop the black screen was to turn my tv off everytime it does that.

we needed a new tv and have always heard good things about samsung products so we decided to go with this one. so glad we did, this tv is amazing. all we did is plug different items in and the tv found them immediately - xfinity, nintendo, xbox, all the apps are already there and labeled. you don't have to worry about hitting input anymore... you simply click the over button and a list of all your stuff is right there. its amazing and i don't know how we ever lived without it. lol love this tv!! it has updated a few times and it takes literally seconds - our old phillips tv took forever to update, never found our wifi.. it was an awful tv. this tv found our wifi immediately.

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.
