We also have 55” LG UHD and we thought it has a great picture; the Samsung is even better. We are very impressed and this would be a 5 star if the OS was as streamlined and fluid as in the LG. I realize these two brands are in the same family (i.e. Kia and Hyundai) but the Samsung's OS should be just as good, if not better than the LG. Anyways, its still a great TV and the value for money and picture quality are 5 star all the way; I highly recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family previously owned a Vizio 4K tv, so for us, this has been a terrific upgrade! It was extremely easy to install a wall-mount to the back, setup the tv with my Samsung account, connect to the wi-fi, and add all of our accessories (soundbar, blu-ray player, and tv service provider box). I couldn't ask for any more ease of use! The picture has been very clear, but doesn't work the greatest with the older movies as far as clarity goes. It was well packaged in an attractive box which will also be great for moving it. The sound clarity is right on par. The speakers on the backside reflect off the wall very nicely to provide a great sound for when I choose not to use my soundbar. Since we have had this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV, it has received more than enough daily use between the 5 of us in our household! We couldn't be happier! I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture on my TV, and the processor is a lot faster than the previous models so I'm able to stream using the smart apps without any delay. The only issue I have with this TV is the construction of the backplane. My TV is mounted to the wall, and the way the back cover is attached to the TV, sometimes it seems as if the TV will peel right off the wall, but I know the bolts are securely attached to the internal frame of the TV and not the back panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our tv died at the beginning of the pandemic, replacement choices were limited because people were using their stimulus checks to buy electronics. We never had Samsung before, but it's been a great purchase. I wish we'd been able to find a larger screen, but the picture clarity and color are much clearer and more realistic than our previous set, the sound is clear. We use it primarily to stream sports - mostly soccer - diy shows, and of course news. Based on this positive experience, we wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Samsung item in the future.

The new tv is like looking thru a window into other places, seeing details I never noticed before, enjoying the dark blacks & bright colors like I've seen on a tv. Even the remote control has well placed buttons and it easily replaced my dvr remote. My only wish is that I had a sound bar for the total emersion experience.

Plus my wife loves Samsung Tv plus there is so much selection. It works great no awkward wires to run and easy to set up. I had the tv up and running in just five minutes. We like the remote button layout also. We've had several Samsung tvs and haven't had a bad experience with them yet. What do they say "don't fix it if it ain't broke" so we'll stay with Samsung thank you.

we waited for weeks for delivery in anticipation but once we turned on this tv, we have not been disappointed. we simply love this television, it has surpassed our expectations on multiple levels. the picture is super sharp the setup function is easy to follow the value is sooo affordable this tv is sleek and beautiful to watch we are thrilled and look forward to many years of movie nights with family and friends.
