Wonderful quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our Samsung TV. It's one of many TV's in our home. This particular one is in our living room. The picture quality is great. I love the size and design of this TV. It sets so great on my TV stand. The sound is just as wonderful as the picture quality. I would definitely buy another one like this.

Very blurry and dark

The picture is so blurry. We cannot get it to show any vivid colors. Have been working on it all day. Cannot get past how blurry everything is. We have it connected to satellite and we cannot get internet where we live. The company that sold it to us that wouldn't effect anything except we couldn't use the online features. Disappointed in this purchase. Possibly going to be returning it. Picture is very dark.

Hi Moni, I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with a distorted picture. The problem may be due to not connecting correctly with the satellite dish. Please check your connection with these steps: 1. Disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV, then unplug the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet. 2. If the external device supports UHD video, use a dedicated HDMI cable (4K) for HDMI video playback. 3. If a component cable is used, make sure that the colored connectors are connected to the matching connectors on the external device and the TV. 4. Check the cable connection if you use a set-top box. The cable you need to check depends on the type of set-top box. 5. If the problem persists, check the video output settings in the settings menu of the external device and ensure that your TV supports the video output mode. If you continue to see a blurry picture, please give us a call so we can troubleshoot the issue further with you. You can call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Nice picture

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Kind of an impulse buy to replace another tv that broke suddenly. Nice quality picture. Seems to have a bit of glare in sunlight. Sound is a bit muffled compared to the tv it replaced. Nice features and tv design is very slick. Overall happy with the purchase. Price is very good.

Easy to set up, decent HD picture

i like things to be simple. don't want to spend lots of time trying to figure things out. don't want to solve problems, i want to watch tv! this tv is lightweight, easy to unbox. the feet just snap into place, i connected the cable from my cable box, plugged in tv, batteries into remote and it powered up right away. a little bit of time required to configure the wifi setup, but the screen prompts took me right through it. setup was generally pretty simple and easy, but plan on 1/2 to 1 hour. pretty good picture, not as good as advertised, (they never are) but at 6 feet away and at 55" of hd, pretty darn good.

Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv for my man cave and it has been perfect. Great picture for sports and the apps for the smart tv are easy to use. It also is great for watching a video on that you have recorded on your phone. It gives you a bigger picture to see your kids big plays from the game.

Great Family TV

We thought that the old one worked well enough, but we are so glad we decided to purchase this new Samsung Smart TV. Setup couldn't have been easier. I love the way it fits our space. I had some concerns before it arrived but once set up, It looks perfect! The picture is crisp and clear and we were impressed with all of the pre-installed apps. Another nice surprise was the Samsung free channels. Voice control works perfectly. We are very happy with are purchase and have already recommended it to friends/family

Best TV for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has impressed me yet again! I have always wanted a TV but didn't ever want to fork over the money for a good one. After classes turned to virtual learning I decided to get a Nice TV. After many hours of searching I decided on this one. The color is very crisp with lots of options to adjust it, the frame rate is fast. All of the apps paired with the TV work flawlessly. I love the borderless screen and the size is just perfect for a medium size bedroom. Another neat feature is game mode, it automatically recognizes my PS4 and flips the picture into game mode at I believe 120hz. The last thing I love is you can choose custom Sound and color settings for each input. Good job Samsung, this will be my go to TV brand from now on!

Picture quality is good, but some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] comes with slot of preloaded apps that can't be deleted and take up space. Limited to hire many apps you can download. Wifi cuts in and out. Had to switch to ethernet cable to get reliable connectivity. Outside of that the picture quality is pretty good.

Very responsive software

Love this TV
