The only service I could find was to have samsung come to my house. So I'm a little down on samsung right now. I hope in the future I can get it fixed.DanHelp

I luv my 65" and my 78" curve tv's they have beautiful pictures and can be seen wonderfully from anywhere in the room. I think the pictures on them are better then some/ most of our friends newer tv's. Never poor quality only the best with Samsung... The TV's are excellent picture weather ur using a cable box, DVD player, streaming service, Android box, computer, or casting from a tablet or phone. It doesn't matter, switch in seconds and always the p best picture... user friendly and great support of needed.. that's just how Samsung does... I LUV THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TV'S (ALL THEIR PRODUCTS) I HAVE CUSTOMIZED Sometimes a Lil higher cost is worth it for the better quality n will outlast most other tv's... thank u for ur great products n all ur hard work... I now have washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, range, my phones, tablets and comp. and TV's All are Samsung... #SAMSUNGSTRONG....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of the 43” 7 series for my daughters rooms. They are so simple and easy to use. My 8 year old has even taught me a couple of things. I love that it just uses 1 remote for everything!! The picture and sound are great.

It works perfectly since the minute we turned it on and set it up!! And the setup was so easy! The picture is clear and brilliant with great resolution. We feel like a real home theater. We really love our Samsung and couldn't be happier! GREAT TV at a great price!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this TV looks and the picture is beautiful. If I had only bought it for the picture, I would be 100% satisfied. There is a significant lag when switching between apps on the Smart TV, which is annoying, but manageable. The reason my review is 3 stars instead of 5 lies solely in the fact that at least once a month, it will lose internet connection, which usually lasts until at least the next day, but has lasted as long as 3 days before. I use wifi instead of ethernet, but I can use the internet on all of my other devices and it's fine, but for some reason the TV will connect to the router, but then be unable to find internet to use any of the apps. I've tried looking for software updates once I can connect again, but there aren't ever any to install. Since I'm a cord cutter it means I am unable to use my TV at all without internet since I don't have cable. At some point I will run an ethernet line through the attic, but I bought this TV for it's wireless abilities. Since I cannot speak on the dependability of a wired internet connection I'm not 100% sure that will fix the problem, but I'm hopeful it will, because I do love this TV when I'm able to use it. If you're looking for a sleek box with a wonderful picture, buy this in a heartbeat. If you're looking for reliable smart features, maybe look elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Samsung about 3 months ago it was an “open box” special so we were a little skeptical to say the least. However it was the best decision we could have made, so much so we bought another 65' Samsung just a moth later for our family room and love that as well. The only negative I would have is I believe with the sound bar it would make it that much better.

so i was bouncing back and forth about this tv, i can say if you are a person who doesn't notice shifts in screen as in motion blur, then cool get it the picture is good sounds not to bad. you can't cast vr to the tv which is kinda weird when a vizio can to it no problem. all things considered i would probably go with a different brand next time only because this one seems to lack the little finessing details which makes an aweome tv.

it will not update. i have great wifi. tv shuts on and off by itself. my apps will not work. never had a problem with prior tvs. dont tell me to clean device. will not work properly. it freezes constantly. i just recently purchased this thing. really not a good television. paid arm and leg for this thing.

I love that I can have all my apps within the tv without having to attach extra devices. I can even search the internet and I certainly love the screen size and the colors are awesome!
