One night while we were having dinner I actually tried to pass the potatoes to the woman in the screen she looks so real it was like she was sitting at the dinner table my wife thought I was crazy but I thought the women on the screen was at my table.

It's been a long time since I've purchased a tv, so this was a huge upgrade compared to my previous one. Everything about this tv I love. The quality, the sound and the different features it has. For the price that I paid for, I would not hesitate to purchase again. The price is fair for the quality of the tv.

I can set the timer so quickly, move between channels, apps and controls with great ease, I am definitely not tech savvy but this model is wonderful for older people like myself in particular. I had to exchange a well known brand of t.v. because it just was not a good television, I read the consumer reviews and spoke to my salesman before I decided on my 43" Samsung. It has so many excellent features, outstanding picture, controls infinitely easier to understand, and the price is so affordable. Thanks Samsung for making an excellent product at such a reasonable price, the smartest purchase I have made in a long time, love my Samsung!!

The picture is great when it works but I've spent almost as much time resetting and rebooting this TV as I have watching it. I've had my cable box, YouTube and my iPhone screen mirroring all freeze. I've owned the TV for a week and I've had to reset it every single day so far, some days more than once. I've used the self-diagnose tool to check the HDMI cable - it says it's fine. I've quit using wifi and hard-wired my TV to my router. I've used the “device care” tool, it says there are no problems. I've done the SmartHub connection test, I've reset the SmartHub and I've unplugged the TV half a dozen times. It still keeps freezing! All I want is to be able to press a button and watch TV. I've actually sat down with a plate of dinner and finished my meal before the TV started working. This is the first Samsung product I've ever owned and they aren't making a very good first impression. Seriously thinking about returning it to the store and seeing if I have any more luck with Sony or LG.

Just purchased 2 58"Samsung TV's the picture is great excellent quality ,however the sound -volume is poor and that is a big disappointment. When one buys a TV from the store one only sees the picture and one only finds out that the sound is not very good after the unit is installed and all the packing /box has been thrown out so there is no way to return the unit. Hard lesson to learn after the purchase. Picture is great but the volume is poor. LG does not have that problem.

The picture on my TV is crystal clear and I feel a part of what I am watching. I am consitantly impressed with the quality of my TV and when guest come over to visit, they are amazed by the picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying Samsung since the 1990's. Why? You ask? When you purchase a Samsung, you know you are getting a quality item. They are rugged, user friendly, and 99.9999% trouble free. The reason I say rugged, the product last a long time. I can say with confidence this product is just simply awesome! Sure you might pay a little more than the others but I'm worth it. And it's not expensive, it's priceless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality on the Samsung tv's (I had a smaller, non smart Samsung tv prior to this one). However, the home system is slow and unorganized and searching for an app is complicated. The remote control is awful. All the play, fast forward, stop buttons are tiny and at the very bottom. The Netflix button is smushed up right next to the volume bar so I constantly press that by mistake. It is almost the exact same setup as the non smart tv remote. Why not have a better, larger remote with buttons spaced out and placed in better positions. I am looking into a universal remote to replace it. So 3 stars overall.
