[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Samsung tv that I have purchased in the past couple of years. The first two were in the QLED class of tvs, both the Q60t. Having used those for a significant amount of time, I have gotten used to the richness and boldness that Samsung's QLED series can offer. However, this is a review for the Crystal UHD series. Overall, I have found the my Crystal UHD TV to be very much on par with other Samsung TV's that I have purchased. It offers great quality of video, excellent sound quality, and a vast amount of apps to download and stream my favorite shows without any HDMI inputs. 4k tv shows and movies stream effortlessly and beautifully to the tv. Even in very bright rooms, the quality of video is immaculate. The only flaw that I have found in this television is that, often, while watching dark scenes in movies and tv shows, the tv seems to reach a 'critical blackness.' I don't know if this has an actual term in the television industry, but when it happens, I notice that at a certain point, the display cannot be any darker and all definition of the object in frame is lost. This has only happened a few times in very dark movie situations, but I find it very distracting as the viewer. Entire faces can be lost to this black smudge that seems to cover half of the screen. This is the only problem that I have had so far after owning this TV for a couple of weeks and otherwise, it has been a very enjoyable investment. If I could rate a 4.5 star review, I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, let me start off by saying BEST TV EVERRRRRRR we have all the settings and adjustments included so first of you are like an older person who knows little about tvs I bought my gma one and she very old fashioned and it's actually great because she uses it better because she knows what to select my grandma also cannot read so it's difficult for her so I usally save any channels she likes to watch and leave it in the favorites so it's easy for her to switch to what she wants to watch. Also if you are younger this is great just with one tap of a button you can find what you're looking for very fast and easy to manage for older or younger people which is great. I love how it also lets you arrange what apps you would like to have when you want to switch apps. Literally a work of art. This is better than any tv I've had.

Both work great! Easy to use. Easy to slide between satellite TV and various streaming services. This is our third Samsung and we have yet to be disappointed!

Me and my family also like the smart features in the TV and connecting it to our other Samsung devices. I personally love the picture on the TV. It makes me feel like I'm at a movie theater. it worked fine the first day i had it and wouldn't come on at all after that. samsung had someone come and fix it. i still have some issues. had to do a factory reset 3 times already because the colors get really bad. i like iot a lot when it doesn't mess up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest. I love it! A couple things though. .. I think the picture should be sharper. Makes it feel older than it is. Can't say if I'm impressed with the smart part or not. Not sure what to compare it to. Yet there again, I feel like the graphics of the smart menu and of the tv could be better. Still a world better than the one we had prior.

Having a smart tv really makes it awesome for hooking up to your favorite apps for shows! We mostly watch movies and apps but occasionally this tv is used for Xbox too. Awesome experience with a clear screen for gaming. Overall easy set up and upkeep! we have it hooked to an external speaker set up for max sound experience but it had good sound before we even did that.

Its image quality, its ease of connecting with other devices and the interaction with my smart phone is second to none. Excellent product and if I combine it with that sound system, I will have the best sound quality and a complete cinema in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my LG TV picture quality continued to decline with a dark cloudy area over 1/3 of the screen after only 4 years use I thought it was time for a replacement. I did not want to spend a huge amount especially considering the short life of my past investment. I read a number of reviews prior to deciding on the Samsung and so far I am very pleased with the TV overall quality and picture. Setup was also easy. Now just hoping for many years of good service.

One night while we were having dinner I actually tried to pass the potatoes to the woman in the screen she looks so real it was like she was sitting at the dinner table my wife thought I was crazy but I thought the women on the screen was at my table.
