This product blows me away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my 75 inch television. From the size to the amazing colors. Samsung has outdone themselves with this tv. I even hooked up a vcr to it and watched a video almost 30 years old. Much to my surprise it looked pretty awsome. Thank you Samsung for my dream television.

I just love Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is the best. I've had other brands. Last one was Vizio TV because it was cheap and l needed a bigger TV to watch in my room. I watched 10 to 13 hours of TV because being depressed with anxiety I didn't want do anything else. I bought antenna that picks of for miles and l have internet After my daughter ask me what l wanted for my birthday I told her Samsung 43 inch TV. I can't mount it to TV. Dont know how and nobody wants to help. We found this one and l just love it. Samsung back in early 90's made a small TV had program turn on and turn off. I wished this feature was still available. But with Samsung l can set TV to a laster channel and time. Vizio does not allow that. l still love Samsung. The 4K clarity is amazing compare to other TV. I'm still learning what this TV does. It will take me a while, but that's ok. I don't get surprises anymore. Like UHD, l have no idea so far. When my washing machine tore up. I figure l would spend alot for new one anyways. I am now the owner of Samsung washer. One day l will buy Samsung dryer and other appliances made by Samsung. Take me 15+ years living on only disability and paying a mortgage. This is one of my dreams. Thank you Samsung for slowly making some come true. Sincerely Samsung owner. Its just me and my daughter. Nothing l can upload to help win.

Very thin and elegant design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial tv had issues it did not capture channels lots of pixilation and channels did not stay in one place...I exchanged it and, this one is excellent video quality and it works great. Sound quality needs improvement...too shallow otherwise very happy with unit

Many Perks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our TV was old. It was time to do an upgrade as we felt we were living in the dark ages settling with what we had for 14 years. We decided on a 50" Crystal UHD and we are not disappointed. The picture is amazing, the added smart TV functions and apps included are a bonus! There are many, many free channels ready to go. We are able to directly access many subscriptions directly to the TV. No added devices, no messy cords. The price...amazing. The sound is pretty awesome as well. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for an upgrade that fits the bill of everything you need.

Great TV, Bad Sound

we lovevthe tv. great picture and samsung tv is very convenient. the only reason i fidnt give 5 stars is because the sound is terrible. no depth and sound tinny. i bought a bose soundbar to have good sound. my previous samsung lcd had a great doubdbar built into it.

Great clarity Poor Craftsmanship

Good tv however, the HDMI port constantly tries to read my cable box as a PC and it's very difficult to get this tv to stop reading the HDMI port as a PC when it's the cable hooked up. Multi reboots of the cable box, tv and unplugging and plugging in the cables and finally resetting the Smart Hub in the settings before it finally works. Today it took an hour and 15 min before I got to watch tv. One more time and I'm going back to LG

The internet Youtube this TV has everything you need and Its quiet doesn't makaoise whenyu Turin on and off beautiful colors I can go on and on!

Challenging Setup

this is my second samsung. i have not completed setup on the 32 inch either because setup is now challenging and i consider myself computer savvy. setting up my 2017 samsung was a breeze. setting up my 2021 32 inch was not easy. the serial number covered up when hung on wall. the google app is not on the 50 inch and for some reason search is not finding the philo app. why does samsung select the pre-ch? frustrated customer.

Don't waste your money

only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.
