2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

Bought this tv about a month ago. Setup went relatively well for someone who is not tech savvy. Recommend that you search online to get settings to fine tune colours, contrast, etc. Even though this tv has excellent default settings out of the box, a little fine tuning produces an amazing picture, especially with 4K broadcasts. This is an excellent tv and I highly recommend it. Price was very reasonable.

I really wanted to hook up my older surround sound system but the New tv does not have RCA jacks and my system does not have HDMI or Optical, So I had to buy a convertor to make it work and it sounds ok . . another thing I can't figure out is how to play my recorded programs using the Samsung remote, Maybe I missed something in the setup . It's rea;;y easy to move from direct tv to my Xbox1 and then get on the internet and watch netflix just sit back and chill to some music. Thank you for the great Tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have Samsung products including phones, TVs, appliances and smart home devices and the Samsung smart TV works with our existing setup using smarthome to control the majority of smart devices. The down side of this TV is that it doesn't have a lot of memory and I feel that it lags or slows down quite a bit to where it takes 3 or 3 seconds before registering control input. It should do a better job of freeing up RAM. It also looses internet connectivity on occasion. Im not a fan of the hub and having to see adds on the hub. Colors are good and I can tunr it to the cooler tones that I prefer. Sound from TV speaker is okay but not great. It lacks any real bass tones when only using the TV speaker which is why buying a soundbar and subwoofer is needed.

I wasnt allowed to get one cause of the prices and finally she broke down and went shopping with me and to her surprise they are not expensive. the only downfall i have is that she wont let me have 2.......

we purchased this samsung tv a few weeks ago to replaced an older 32-inch television that we had in our living room. the sound and picture quality are very good as compared to our old television. the set up was fairly easy and we have found that our roku device is compatible with the tv, so we hav encountered any difficulties with it yet. the samsung remote that comes with this unit does have a variety of buttons. but, it is simple enough to use for basic functions. if you do not need a lot of whistles and bells, this unit will get the job done.

I don't subscribe to cable anymore so I went with an antenna. The HD is amazing for the locals. My wife and I enjoy streaming Hula, NetFlix, and others. The controls are easy to navigate and very simple to use. Sound quality is excellent with no booster. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The sound is moderately clear without distortion, pleasant to the ear. Installation and coupling are very practical and simple. It's an excellent product, I can't complain about the Samsung.
