Formally a Sony fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my life all I would purchase in electronics was electronic. But after purchasing a new home as me and my wife discussed what to put in it appliance wise we settled on Samsung. Our home is now 100% Samsung after the television purchase. After years of having a 43 inch Sony I decided it was time for a larger television. Living in a rural area sometime it can feel like you can never find what you want to. I was looking for a 65-70 inch Sony television but was unable to find what I wanted without traveling an hour or 2. So while shopping at our local Walmart one day my wife ask me why not get a Samsung. Well we are more than satisfied with all our appliances and Samsung service so I thought sure. It was definitely an upgrade in size and quality. The picture is unmatched he's and the sound for our home is perfect. Overall I don't feel you can find a higher quality appliance or electronic anywhere. Samsung is now the preferred product in our home. As a testament to Samsung getting someone like myself who is very strongly brand loyal to switch brand speaks volumes about your product.

The product capabilities is worth the challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.

Picture is decent but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first month I had the tv everything was sluggish and slow and I tried finding updates repeatedly and powering off/unplugging etc but nothing seemed to fix the slowness, I'm talking 2 seconds to respond to a button push, I use a pc so once its set its not a massive issue but the other issue i had was every time I switched inputs the tv powered off. Then miraculously after a month or so one day I accidently unplugged it while the tv was on and those issues disappeared. I'd unplugged it while it was off/asleep at least a dozen times trying to fix this so if anyone else has the same issue keep trying to unplug it while on lol

Time for an upgrade??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been window shopping for a new tv for months. We finally made the decision to go with the 65” Samsung 7 series 4K UHD. The tv itself has great picture quality from video games to sports. It's especially nice for new movies released in 4K. The audio is fine for a smaller room, but I would recommend a sound bar or some type of external speakers if you want a good range of sound at higher volume. I would definitely buy this tv again. Only issue I've had is the smart tv feature can be a little slow. This could very well be an internet provider issue as I have not tested the tv on any other internet setup.

LOVE IT

TV Failed - Poor Quality

tv was used in a media room and light to moderate use. initially tv would struggle to start up and if turned off and on several times it would startup normally but eventually tv failed for good. tv tries to startup but gets stuck at the boot up screen and continually cycles through showing samsung powered by tizen then blank screen and then tizen and the blank screen- you get the picture even if i don't get a picture. first time samsung has let me down.

Good Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my LG TV picture quality continued to decline with a dark cloudy area over 1/3 of the screen after only 4 years use I thought it was time for a replacement. I did not want to spend a huge amount especially considering the short life of my past investment. I read a number of reviews prior to deciding on the Samsung and so far I am very pleased with the TV overall quality and picture. Setup was also easy. Now just hoping for many years of good service.

Features are slow and clunky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv looks nice but all of the features are slow and hard to navigate. Adding apps is not easy and switching between programs is a pain. I will likely need to add a smart device roku, fire stick etc to make the tv more functional.

Awesome Picture, Even Better Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We stream the majority of our content on this tv and we're always impressed with the vivid images and fantastic range of colors. This tv has excellent sound even without a sound bar and is easily connected to other devices that we cast content to the tv with. I wish the web browser was easier to navigate. The input is slow and clunky. I guess I need a Bluetooth keyboard. I really don't need this but would improve the system.

Newly Converted Samsung junkie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Curve tv for everything from steaming UFC and NFL to using the Screensaver as a comfort tool for my 8 months old. Everything about it is incredible and easy to use. It's amazing how flawlessly and quickly I can hook my phone up to it and change it to a PC monitor with DEX or just stream anything on it. The built in speaker make Unnecessary to have the purchase any sound systems it was but I have and and it Elevated my entertainment system To the next level. It's also great that I can have the sound coming out of both the optical I have the TV speakers itself at the same time. When LG left the phone business there was a void in my life because I've been a long long long time lg user there and my Samsung curve with with the intrigue of foldable phones Piqued my interest enough to pull the trigger on the Samsung Z fold 3 5G And now with the happiness I've had from my last 2 Samsung purchases it's converted me completely to Samsung for for all of my products. I'm now Samsung Lifer and couldn't be happier.
