We just love it.its our first tv of this type. We didn't know that they made tvs like this. The color and depth just jump out at you. It is so incredible. Out only problem is the sound. Both my wife and I have a hearing problem and the volume is just not as loud as we like.

The vibrant colors show through when watching TV, it takes the experience to another level, we love watching nature shows and almost feel as if we've opened the door to this location. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much nicer this television is than the Samsung I purchased only 2 years ago. The picture is much more clear, the features are much more useful and best of all, it was about 100 bucks cheaper. All that said, what I appreciate the most about this television is the fact that it is going to allow me to save some money on cable. The TV came with its own Samsung television service...which for now appears to be free...and has about 100 channels. In addition, I can add other movie/ TV streaming apps to the TV so...no need for me to have a 2nd cable box in my basement. Saves me an extra 20 bucks a month in cable! Nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and picture on the TV is fantastic to me, much better than any other TV I've owned or paid attention to, apart from multi-thousand dollar models. The sound is nothing to write home about, and sometimes dialogue can be hard to understand, but no major complaints. The UI however can be very annoying and get in the way. Even with all the settings changed to make it as unintrusive as possible, it still sometimes comes up when a device is changed or the TV is powered on, and won't go away without hitting exit on the TVs remote. This is extra annoying, as I don't use the TVs remote for anything else, but have to keep it in reach. Aside from the UI annoyances, the TV is definitely worth the price, and is fantastic for movies, shows, and games.

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

Extremely responsive, access to all of the latest apps, and able to stream from Samsung devices AND Apple devices via Airplay. I really enjoy the feature where you simply tap your Galaxy device on the side of the TV to initiate Smartview. Great picture as is the case with all Samsung displays. Don't miss out!

i hate the remote control! the number buttons which rarely get used are the most prominent thing on the remote. this leaves very little room for the buttons that get used constantly. the 'play, pause, forward and reverse ' buttons are so small, if i was an older person i'd have to use a magnifying glass to see them. the picture quality is fantastic. it's like you're right there on the live set while watching :) live tech service was very patient and quite helpful. i wouldn't recommend this tv because it's so frustrating because of the remote control. i would recommend it because of the fantastic picture quality.

we would rate the tv as a 4 but the remote seems complicated compared to the other tv system we have. it was more difficult to initially set up and i have to say we are still struggling with the remote for locating shows and specific episodes the picture on the tv is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my purchase. I love having a smart TV and not having to add devices to be able to stream all my subscriptions. It comes with Samsung TV too which offers a variety of channels. Initially I was having issues with mirroring my phone to the tv and the airplay feature. However, I reset the TV and tried again and it work. I use this feature for the workout apps. The colors are so crisp and clear it is really a great experience. I like using the SmartThings app to be able to turn it on and off when I don't have the remote. The sound is very clear and the TV can get very loud even without a sound bar.
