[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are not able/willing to make the jump to OLED or QLED this is the best TV in this price point on the market. The user interface and software OS is fantastic, and the picture is great for this range of product. You will see haze around light objects on dark screens but it's minimal, and should be expected. The picture does blur a little during fast moving scenes, but that's also to be expected due to the level of product. I'm using mine in a well lit room during the day, and a dark room as the day/night transition happens. The product handles this well. Enjoy!

I have been buying Samsung products since high school starting out with a gaming monitor purchase. 13 years later all of my house TVs are Samsung + plus new smart fridge additional really makes for a great tech based household. apparently at 56 years of age i've never really owned a television. at least this one makes me feel that way. we finally traded in our old (but at the time, very expensive) dlp television because we got tired of replacing bulbs and it was omitting a constant buzzing sound. sure it was huge and had great color, but this...we plugged in our new crystal tv and were blown away! the picture was so clear, i felt like we were watching live tv! even old sit-coms came to life and looked theater quality. i wish we had replaced our old one years ago. now we have to rewatch all of our epic movies again on this electronic marvel!

Not sure I like the hook up for the cable, it's hard to tighten the cable on, would be better if it was right on the back and not at a angle. It's harder for older people to get too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality of this TV are great, but the selling point is the smart TV/App interface for a non-cable installation. We were able to load all the streaming services we use (and we use quite a few) with ease and can now access practically any content quickly and easily. Of several brands of smart tvs that we have used, this interface is the most comprehensive and reliable.

I think that's why they put crystal InThe t.v.s. name !I recommend this t.v to my whole family Nothing but the best made and the best quality and that goes for your family too. Plus God forbid and thing happens to it I already submitted the serial number to Samsung so it's protected under warranty and I guarantee your gonna love this t.v. Along with all the other Samsung products they got out there best thing to me about this t.v. is no cable or boxes required all t.v. I need is already built in the t.v. it comes with it for free! Covid hit me and my family hard it wasn't like we could go out and afford a monthly subscription to cable at that time so u was nice that Samsung took care of some things for us I'm tearing up right now so imma get outta here but check the TV out people you'll love it
