Excellent Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV initially for use in the family room, however, when I received it, I loved the crystal clear picture quality soo much, I decided to use it in my master bedroom. I use my TV for both streaming movies and listening to music streamed from my phone. The ease of use is also a plus. Simple directions make it super easy to connect devices through Wi-Fi. The voice quality and sound quality are also excellent features. This TV is a must buy. I am saving up to purchase another. I definitely recommend this television.

Great tv for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has a wonder picture with bright scenes and deep blacks almost taking it feel like an oled display. I use steam link on this tv all time, playing my PC games with ease it's absolutely wonderful. They only gripe I would have with this tv is that I wish it had bluetooth to comfortably connect a mouse and keyboard. Otherwise this tv was well worth the price.

Solid TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Survives my 5 kids (suction cup archery practice and all.. it was election year and my then 4yr old wasn't a Hillary fan) Great picture quality too! Only complaint has been the Disney+ app compatibility, the app seems to slow it to a crawl even while hardwire via CAT 8 cable... and YouTube seems to do the same.. but my TV sees almost constant display time (13,917hrs currently in about 2 years time) and it's still rockin!

A big upgrade from my old TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is crystal clear and a much needed update from my old tv. The smart tv aspect is very easy to use and brings so many functions than just a tv such as being a music speaker. Would highly recommend this tv to anyone who asks!

Positive Experience

The picture is far clearer than any TV I've ever owned. Also we are enjoying the free TV package that comes with the set. I would have given a 5 Star rating but I've been disappointed to not be able to use the mirror imaging from my iPhone 10X. I get audio but no Video.

The responsiveness of this TV is unbelievable.

My favorite thing about this TV is its connectivity; it can connect to my phone, Xbox remote and normal tv controller simultaneously. Also, the picture is INCREDIBLE. On top of all of that, I love it for its ‘video game mode.'

Loooovee the picture quality

This product has great features

Amazing Picture and Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung products for about 15 years now, and have switched most of my A/V equipment over to the brand. This TV was very well priced for the picture quality and size. Despite having a mother board issue - which was fixed for free by Samsung qualified technicians in my home - this has been the best TV I've owned in the last 15 years. The on board apps make streaming a breeze - and I've never had lag, picture quality issues or otherwise. The on board speakers are a bit weak, but that's where the soundbar comes in the play. No other complaints. All around fantastic product!

WiFi keeps dropping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to of theses TVs that won't keep WiFi and have to do a soft reset every time it loses my IP address. I've tried the factory reset putting in everything for my Wi-Fi and manually called my internet provider and it's not on there end and it only this model that does it in my house have 7 Samsung smart TVs and it's just these 2 that do it all the other one work just fine never have an issue with them.

Mark2: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
