[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I had to exchange my first purchase of this model as the HDMI #1 port stopped working after 2 weeks. The TV stopped recognizing my cable tv input. The replacement seems to be working well thus far. Set has a good picture, decent features and remote. Interface is okay. The sound is only okay, but most TVs now need a soundbar bar for truly good sound. Overall, a good TV, from very reliable maker (Samsung), at an excellent price.

The image is very clear and great for more than just your daily streaming needs. It's great for gaming with its high refresh rate so playing games in 4k is an experience like no other. Samsung is very reputable for a reason. Will not disappoint.

But over the last year the functionality and quality of the picture, audio, features on the television are still working remarkably. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new TV that's not trying to break the bank to select this model. Not only is it big enough to see the picture and the clarity and quality. But it is also small enough to not take up space in a room.

To my understanding there are higher levels of picture quality out there but for the price we paid , this tv has delivered without any disappointments! Would definitely purchase again or recommend this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

At first was an awesome buy, switched to game mode when a game station was urged in, screen was bright clear, the speakers were fantastic. Bought march 31st 2021 to replace our smaller Samsung smart tv that the screen started going out on. January 18th 2022 the screen went black a pixilated bar flashed on screen and lost sound lost ability to turn off by remote or power button on TV. Called Samsung and currently jumping through hoops to get refund to get another TV.

TV has many great features and apps for easy and accessible choices and can be used for just about anything you need. Needless to say, the control is even more accessible as you don't have to much trouble finding what you are looking for within at any given moment. The built in connectivity ports are easy to reach and built in LAN cable options is one of the best features as it gives your TV more quality streaming, gaming and faster internet searching. The sleep timer option on the TV is great and whenever I need help with anything I don't understand, the E-manual is also very helpful and easy to find. The quality of the sound and picture is just what you would expect and want from a TV of this size. The wide array of options of apps you can add t your TV is great and only adds to the wide range of features this TV offers.

I'd say load times switching between input devices are somewhat slow from time to time, but overall it's not too big of a problem. I have my own streaming device, so I have not tired the built-in options.
