My last one lasted more than 10 years and I only bought this one because it's smart and gets Netflix and Prime Video. The overall picture is fantastic, great color and detail. The sound at 20 watts not so good so I bought a Samsung 200 watt soundbar. Wish they included better sound but now I have a great pic and sound and hope this TV will last as long as my last. Great price too! I bought this for my office to be my primary work display. It is crisp and clear when mirroring my laptop display. And when not in use for work it performs excellently with its native playback of netflix, disney+, amazon, and appletv content. In addition the integration with my PS4, Firestick 4k are also a nice plus. We have a 2018 65 inch version upstairs in the game room. This tv is all the quality and value I have come to expect with Samsung. I have 4 Samsung tv's in the house and 2 sony. Both have been excellent brands but Samsung has been the leader in my mind for years because the feature to dollar value has been more in almost any case. This tv had 3 HDMI inputs, which the Sony only had 2 that was in the same class and price. So I once again chose the Samsung. Produces low to no heat output, ultra thin bezel framing of the picture, and light weight. Great sound for built in sound, but still recommend a small soundbar for office spaces, full soundbar or surround companion for living room use.

love samsung products and their integration. have other samsung tv's, phones, appliances, but have to say, the sound on this tv is absolutely terrible. you would think that all these years, they would make a sound system that could hold the volume based on output. this one, is very low sound, even with the amplify option set. our other samsung tv is much louder and clearer than this, but is smaller and older. with all these slim tv's, rear facing speakers is always a drawback, especially if you are not directly up against a wall, but this one, is just a fail

And the 4K image is excellent. The Samsung tv has great content for the whole family. I recommend this TV to anyone looking for affordability without sacrificing quality.

The picture is outstanding, connectivity is straightforward and overall quality is good at this price point. I'm still getting used to maneuvering the menu on this model since there seems to be more it can do aside from deliver clear picture. I look forward to a few good years of viewing pleasure with this unit as I have had with other Samsung TVs in the past.

Bought this in October 2022 and at first we like it but as time went by we now hate it! The remote set up sucks and it's always pushing samsung tv on us plus some apps we had on other TVs are not allowed on this TV due to competition of other makers, definitely will not buy another Samsung tv in the future!

I ended up purchasing the the 65" of the same model. It's mainly used for movies and gaming. You get a lot of bang for your buck. The tv's profile is sleek. The picture quality is great. My kids love gaming on it. The TV speakers are good, but would recommend a soundbar if you want to get the best experience when watching movies. The smart features are great. I own multiple samsung appliances, and love how I receive updates through my TV that my dishwasher is done. This is one of the best smart tv's out there in its price range. I would highly recommend this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung was purchased 5/14/08 and served me very well until 2/18/22 when I purchased my new Samsung TV. I couldn't believe how much sharper and clearer the picture is on my new TV. The BIG PLUS which I was not aware of until I set my new TV up was Samsung Plus TV. I couldn't believe all the free channels I was receiving. I have a Firestick for streaming, local channels by antenna, and Samsung Plus TV as a bonus. I have plenty of channels to choose from and enjoy the reception on all of them. I went from a 52" to a 65" and that was one of the best decisions I have made. I have never been wrong in purchasing Samsung products (TV, Washer, Dryer).
