Pretty simple install but would like a more robust owners manual. Wanted to hookup fiber optic for sound bar but needed some guidance on the plug connection.

The TV is perfect. But Im having issues with the remote. Buttons are small and they have not light. I have to turn the lights on to see the buttons. Thats my only issue.

Very pleased with this 65” Samsung TV for price. Channel, Volume, and Number buttons on remote are OK. But navigation buttons to select/navigate streaming menus are way too small for adult fingers.

Very good picture quality with easy to use features. The smart app is not as useful as it portrays but is still an option for the remote. I do enjoy the ease of adding apps and having free tv included

So slooooooowwww. Had to turn off almost everything and the menus and guides are still slow and glitchy. I'm a Samsung person for over 20 years never again. I will never buy Samsung again after this purchase.

I've had this tv for a while now, it the the slowest, buggiest most unreliable tv I've ever imagined owning. I'll never buy another Samsung product after dealing with this tv.

I bought this tv less than 3 years ago and it already having issues powering on. Sometimes it takes 5-30 minutes to turn on. Once it is on it works fine, but very disappointed that this model isn't working properly. Contacted Samsung support via email with no response. Called the Samsung support # and the representative walked me through some troubleshooting, but couldn't fix the issue. Now I'm stuck with a 58” tv that won't turn on when I want it to. They suggested I call for repair service, which would cost as much as I paid for the tv.
