Great tv but the internet connection occasionally gets disconnected, a bit too frequently for comfort. At best, I have to just click on troubleshoot but at worst I have to reset all internet settings or unplug and plug the tv back in.

Tv app takes time to load even as I have excellent internet service. Volume cuts off frequently. I am preparing to return it and get my money back. I have always used samsung tv's but I am so disappointed with this samsung 75inch product.
