Very Disapointing

I bought this TV in April 2020 and by August 2020 I already had a house call for technical support. They changed the LCD screen to a brand new one, however, 2 days later I experienced the flickering again .. Before buying this TV i had read the poor reviews but I wanted to give it a chance as its brand new. BIG mistake. The whole experience was terrible. The technicians that came to my house did NOT wear a mask and they were also very early for the appointment time i set up. I was out and planned my morning so that I would have enough time for me to be back in time for my booked appt. They were very early and i told them they are not supposed to be here, and they said yeah we were running ahead of time. I replied that they could have at least called, and completely disregarded it. I am overall very disappointed.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with TCL at first trying to break from Samsung as was alot cheaper, well you get what you pay for, 1.5 years later headed out to buy a new TV because the TCL died a sad death Well I have all samsung TV's now can't beat technology and value My only cons is that a keyboard mouse combo would be advantageous and internet browser is beyond slow Other than that really happy

Good TV but Slow to Respond

I bought the Samsung 50" TU7000 Smart 4K UHD TV two years ago, and I have had no problems with it. However, I do have two criticisms with this model: 1) Not enough HDMI ports; only two available 2) Major complaint is that this TV is sluggish and slow to respond to the remote especially after it is switched on. The TV simply will not respond for seconds. It is as if it was busy doing some background processing. This can be frustrating if you want to check something out quickly, or turn down the volume quickly if it is extremely. You just can't do any of this until after at least a few seconds or more.

Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of this tv, purchased it yesterday and had easy set up with the hardware and the software. Only wish the wall mount brackets came included instead of having to call Samsung. Very happy so far, great picture quality.

Love it, super clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG but had to return because it wasn't as clear. My whole home is Samsung and this completed it. This TV is clear. I only don't like the remote control navigation, it's hard to get out of the Samsung TV and navigate the TV. Otherwise it's good.

I love the picture quality and color depth

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.

I love my Samsung 58” TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a little trouble setting it up because my other TV was very old. As soon as it was working I was amazed at the great picture and vibrant color. I looks at several models before making a decision and I made the right one. I love it!!!

The Ying to my galaxy's Yang.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thats right If my galaxy has a partner in crime it would no doubtably be this gal right here. Ability to Stream or mirror instantly with direct link without wifi is no doubtably a top feature. 2nd is without a doubt the remote. Its universal and not just to samsung devices. it controls anything connected to tv. Cant find remote and need to stream the lastest kids asap. No worries Voice activation can help. Cant find the words, thats ok tap your device to side of tv and poof wirless mirroring. Just imagine all the possibilities when the one feature alone does a that!!

Doesn't Work With PS3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not get this to work at all with my PS3, it simply would not recognize what device it was. However, I purchased a PS4, and it picked it up fine. I own other models/brands, which regretfully, with no disrespect, are just better overall. Disappointed because I trust the Samsung name for other various devices and expected better.

Great tv

we are samsung fans when it comes to tv. we realy enjoy this tv at this tume. we wete able to teoubleshoot just about anythibg with the exceptuon if oairing my ohone woth the tv. it wiuld seem that apple and samsung are dint like to e-talk. oh well. thst is my main complaint. i will contact custoner support and update this post in the future.
