This produce delivers a great picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were unsure about the whole world of streaming but after purchasing this product we knew we wanted to watch shows and movies with such great precision. We do wish there were better, clearer directions about how to adjust the image, specifically the dimensions. There is nothing in the written material and the available information within the tv itself is just on a constant loop. It's worlds better than the old tv, but could be better with just clearer and more direct instruction.
Best TV for Price Point!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV is great for the price point it is at! I did a lot of comparisons between Samsung, Sony, and LG before purchasing. If I'm being honest before the comparisons I was leaning towards LG, but after comparing Samsung and LG side by side, Samsung was the clear winner in my book! The colors on my Samsung are so much brighter and richer than that of the LG. Movies and television shows that are shot darker (think The Dark Knight) look so much better on this Samsung compared to LG. I have had this television for 5 months now, and it is the best TV I have ever owned! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase a new television, and when I am ready to upgrade once again, I will be sticking with Samsung!
Amazing TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has been nothing but amazing. Everytime we have people over they always complement how clear and awesome my tv looks mounted on the wall. We watch alot of sports in 4k and it's always crisp sound and clear visuals. The tv is so big sometimes it feels like we are sitting courtside.. The tv never feels hott to the touch and always loads up apps quickly. I've also used the tv for my xbox series s. The clarity of the tv makes people think the cars on the game are real. Lol. Anyways this was the best purchase ever. If your second guessing or doubting buying this tv, just do it, you won't regret it. The only bad thing I have to say is the majority of the time, the tv is on this...(cocomelon, lol)

I restored to factory and have t had the issue again. I have had it for a couple months now and am definitely sticking with Samsung.

gone are the days...
2nd samsung in three years...1st was ok till picture left...had sound but no picture...purchased a new one on labor day...has trouble holding on to wifi signal...very bassy on sound even with adjustment...its such a pain to have to load sling...haven't had the time to add roku which not included on the lineup...if you are not tech savy this ain't the tv for you...samsung plus line up is ok but weird on the commercials...

What happened?
i typically look to samsung for quality products, but this television did not meet my expectation. 1. the wifi connection is unstable. 2. theres an issue with lagging - at times i'll make selections on the remote control and nothing happens on the tv for several seconds so i press the button again and the tv will perform that function twice. this is incredibly frustrating because you have to wait for the tv to respond all over again. 3. the settings arent as intuitive to navigate. if i could give this tv zero stars, i would. i am dissappointed.

great quality at a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older 36" Samsung (2006 Touch Of Red model) I wanted to replace. Not because it didn't work but because I wanted a new modern smart TV Samsung builds TV's to last, 16 years is a long time for a TV hold up and keep working Anyway A few weeks ago I purchased a 43 inch Tu7000 for the bedroom. I was seeking a thin modern affordable TV with a great picture This was the ultimate choice! I also find this model has decent internal sound, without a soundbar but of course you can always add one which I'll do soon to watch my music videos. .
Could be more intuitive
Operating system not as intuitive as Sony equipment I currently use of approximately same vintage. The Samsung tv home app drives programming automatically at startup with “adult” programming that disturbed me, especially since I bought this to entertain my grandchildren. App additions were not as intuitive as I'd prefer, however is simple once discovered. I assumed the google android process would function as it does with my Sony sets. I was disappointed here, but the tv functions well with a great picture and sound. I had a Samsung set of earlier vintage that set up much easier, and was more intuitive at the outset. Having learned this set's operation it is also easy now.
I love this TV!!

My kids and I love to watch things like Jurassic Park and others and we feel like we're at the movie theater. I wasnt really looking for a tv this large, but with everything closed down, it was a great decision for me and my family. I am very happy that i made this purchase with Samsung!!!
