[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last tv was an old vizo 40" and let me tell you. This is a hugeeee upgrade to over what I had. So delighted to have this tv in my personal day to day life. It would be hard to go back to other tvs now.

My wife bought this TV for me a month ago because it was supposed to accept voice commands. Unfortunately this TV as it comes in the box cannot accept voice commands. Entering search text with the arrows on the virtual keyboard is tedious and makes for a less than desirable product feature.

the television arrived with one hd port not functioning. the sound system has to be turned to 46-59 to hear. my previous samsung volume was 9-15. can't see when a movie in in a evening scene. went to adjust brightness it was already at the brightest setting. tried different modes and that does not help. only had this television since february and the one hd port working has failed 4 times. i get it working by unplugging and plugging the cord back in. having been a faithful owner of the samsung brand for many many years this experience has changed my mind.

Bought this TV 2 years ago and it has been phenomenal ever since. Spectacular picture quality when streaming 4K media. Runs MW2 on the Xbox Series X with undetectable input delay. Gaming experience is just as good as a small gaming monitor. Processor can be slow to respond at times, but this is a minor issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my Samsung smart TV. I'm able to download majority of apps to watch streaming on watch streaming on and also use it for my playstation 5. I would not trade this for anything except a bigger size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love my Samsung. this t.b. upgraded my tv streaming experience. it's big enough to take over my living room and take me on adventures so that I can relax right here at home. Thecapabilities and app selection is endless I still find new ways to find new shows, move, documentaries I didn't even know I had before. Clearly I've learned that not all tv's are made the same...this one is worth the investment :)

Lets me view at more places in my living room than my old crappy television ever did. With way less glare. Plus smart features and more free channels with Samsung TV... Why didn't I buy this new TV sooner! A definite no brainer!

It has many helpful and interesting features like Samsung TV channels and self-service. What amazed me when first setting up this TV was how easy it was to get help. I had some troubleshooting in the beginning but I placed a report on the help inquiry portal and within less than a minute I got a call from a helpful and reliable person. Overall, my first impressions are great and I recommend it to other people who are looking for a smart TV that has everything you could need.

The TV is good. Wish it was better at streaming. I would recommend something better to anyone looking for a good quality reliable TV. I have a technician coming to look to see why I can't stream. it is definitely the TV that's the problem, not the internet or streaming service. May upgrade to something better if I can't solve the issue.
