Great picture, horrible network connectivity

tv worked great for the first 2 months. now every time i turn it on i have to do a reset and go through hoops just to reconnect it to my wifi. i can bypass by using a firestick or other device but i would rather be able to just use the tv's apps. such a pain. would not recommend.

A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. It had a great picture

I bought this 55 inch samsung tv on line when it arrived I hooked it up it worked for a month then the screen went black. The repair man came I had a chip screen so small I did not see it. They say there is nothing they can do.i have aways had samsung products but after this no more very disappointed

Great picture quality, annoying experience

overall, i like the tv. but the interface is annoying as are the default settings. i hooked up my playstation and after turning it on once the tv assumed i wanted to play it every time i turned on the tv. prior to that and before i understood how to turn it off (had to look it up on the internet) samsung tv would auto play awful movies and there was no way to stop it. now that ive figured it out its much better. but its still annoying. the picture is great. the built in sound is decent! so do i recommend it? sure. but beware what you're getting in to.

Great Image Quality, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the screen is great and the image quality is sharp, and crisp. 4K content looks great on it. The baked-in "smart" tv experience is lacking. It is slow, and you have a very small hard-drive in it. I plugged in an Apple TV 4K and have been very happy since.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV for the price. The features are pretty good as well. I like that the Samsung plus channels are tied into the channels that I get from my inside antenna. I used an Apple TV with mine and the TV remote can be used to control Apple TV settings. Picture quality is not great, but definitely above average for the price. Sound quality is pretty good as well. This TV has no real downfalls at all.

This TV os all I wanted

Image is very clear and you can customize in details. TV is light and thin, easy to install and carry. I love the fact it can work with Alexa. Overall with all the features and price I can say that is a great deal!

Great tv with all the features i need!!

Nice TV...horrible OS

the tv itself is fine, good picture quality, etc. but the os on here might as well be from 10 years ago. the app is awful. you can't type out a title once you get to the search bar. you can't add other non-samsung viewing apps so the only other way to stream is to use the "internet" function, which is embarrassingly clunky.

Perfect for a Tech freak

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Ever since acquired this smart TV, covers pretty much all my needs (wants). Easy to install and setup and top list, WIFI enabled, less cabling. Visually impeccable if you have good channels (4k but hey let's be real, still coax resolution) but internet wise and watching extreme high resolution on 5ghz wifi: makes my skin and eyes freak out - impeccable.
