Amazing Quality

Frustrating...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv would be fine except that it restarts four or five times daily...I've followed every troubleshooting advice I can find.. countless resets...unplugging...device care procedures...nothing fixes the issue...it was too large and heavy for me to repack and return...the picture is great...but the daily restarts are stressful and frustrating...

Love the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new Samsung tv. I bought two in one month. One for our patio and one for my women cave. I love the picture. It's crystal clear color is bright and colorful. As a woman I just needed a simple remote. Easy access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. It has a quick button for each and easy streaming right from my iPhone. I bought a 43 inch 7000 and a 50 inch 8000 now my husband once to get one for his man cave. He loves mine and now see's why I wanted Samsung tv's. I definitely recommend Samsung tv's.

Best TV

Best buy

I bought 2 of these and I am so happy . I like bigger screens and this perfect for my master bed room and living room. Gives a cienma feeling with built in speakers. And can hook up with my galaxy air buds. Good buy and very good product by Samsung.

Happy with this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My picture doesn't do justice to the quality of the image the TV, it's an excellent quality and and has worked great so far, been a week now. Easy to set up and get Netflix, prime ...on it, we did buy an antenna for this so we can get all the channels it comes with, and also got a device to allow more than one person's headset connected to it, since it only allows one on its own. We also played game on it, and really enjoyed the big screen, which works great for us. So overall very happy with it so far.

Excellent TV for movies and live sports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 60' TV to an 85' TV and what a difference it has been! Everything jumps off the screen, vivid colors with no lagging or pixelization. Samsung Smart View with my Galaxy phone integrates so well for things that must be shared from a cell phone. Most of the streaming service apps are available for download in the built in app store on the TV. It's far surpassed my expectations.

EXELLENT TV

Great TV, but network and app difficulty

i bought this tv and the picture is great; however, every time i turn it on, i have to reconnect it to the network. i have three other samsung's in the house and i do not have this issue with the other ones. sometimes, i am only able to access the samsung plus app. it will not allow me to access netflix, hulu, youtube, etc. i will turn it on and off and it still will not let me access it.

ABAB: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing internet connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote.
