Good not great

I was pleased with the packaging and size of the TV. I was very excited to know that I could download popular apps I use and was able to plug my Firestick in another room. The only app it doesn't have that I use often is Bravo :(. I am not pleased with the volume function. It changes after I pause, rewind or open different apps. Not sure why that is happening. I also wish the home ticker option was more user friendly. I don't know how to edit what is on the home menu. Also the TV has been known to not play Prime movies or just sporadically exit during play. I LOVE the special access to Samsung TV and have enjoyed several our the free shows. The picture quality is good. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives so I am satisfied but not overly happy with my purchase.

Your inconsistent sound issue is possibly caused by the source. Try auto volume by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume, and turn it on. Ok TV.

Have had this for two weeks. It's nice and picture is good. One issue. There's only two HDMI ports on back. Can hook up sound system and one other device but that's it. Also having issues with soundtrack not matching video. Doesn't matter if it's TV, blue ray it streaming... Just happens off and on all the time. Kind of annoying.

Sadly disappointed

i went to a larger screen tv, due to me having a larger living room. setting up this massive tv, was very simple. the only issues i see, is the quality of the picture itself. to me, it's like watching a soap opera, it doesn't have the usual display, meaning it seems the picture is fake. hard to explain. plus, the brightness adjustment isnt more defined. just was expecting better for the size and price.

Navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched. Change the setting to either Off or Custom. If you select Custom, three additional settings are available for further customization to your viewing preference: Blur, Judder, and LED Clear Motion. LED Clear Motion allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Samsung Crystal UHD 82 inch Tv

Great TV For The Price

I'm use to owning Sony tvs and this Samsung packs more added value and convenience than any of my Sony models. Constant updates and new features added and perfect if you have someone in your household who games.

Ecosystem

The picture the tv displays is very real like, just a pleasure to watch movies on. The one I have is also really thin so it's all screen. My next mission is to get a few more.

Great for today's Apps.

Solid budget-friendly purchase

Excellent Picture Quality for Price

I can't wait to pair this with a Samsung sound bar to really bring that movie theater vibe to the living room couch
