i love, love, live my new television, bute i hate the remote. frequently used controls are microscopic at the bottom, and it's layout places all common controls on the lower half that rests in your hand. also, i find that most remotes have a similar layout that this one is nothing like. plan to try the samsung smart things app on my phone or find a better universal remote. that being said, i still and very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really good improvement from having a “32” LG tv it's way bigger and has way better videos quality due to the tv having 4k hdr. It helps me play my video games because most of them are in 4k and I can finally visualize the true picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my 55 inch to a 75 inch, and wanted something that I could use for gaming, movies and sports. This TV has it all and the smart plug in feature that it has is really great too. Plug in your Xbox, Sonos or cable box and the tv recognizes what it is and you can even control some of those accessories with your Samsung remote. I am not sure I will by another brand after this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this television for a good five months. Also a bit embaressed to admit but my first smart television as well. When I hooked this baby up on the wall, I watched shows non-stop and loved it. Crystal clear video, crystal clear sound. Just an outright blast. Not to mention the smart features. Can't tell you how many times I lost my controller, only to whip out my phone and change the channel. Now for the bad part. The one thing I can really complain about is the speed of the response between my controller and the TV. I could press the left arrow and 2 seconds later it would respond. Those two seconds make a big difference. As well as the sudden wifi loss. Everything in the house is connected and doing well, but suddenly the television is no longer connected for some reason. You may think it's my problem but it isn't. All in all, great television. Not only would I recommend, I did recommend. 9/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for just over three weeks so far and I really love it. It works well, the picture is clear and bright, and overall the sound is really good. There are only two times I ran into issues with the TV. First, was during the unboxing where I went to remove the protective film from the TV. There were two strips of solid plastic along the edges of the screen that when I was removing I was worried I was going to damage the screen because they were so difficult to remove. However, after extremely carefully remove the film and lightly pulling the strip I was able to remove the plastic edges of the film. The second issue comes when changing streaming applications. When I was trying to switch from Netflix to Hulu the losing page for Hulu would appear and then would suddenly revert to the Netflix streaming page. This was slightly frustrating but the next day it was resolved and I had no issues. In regards to streaming, this TV is great it has most major services so I felt no need to get a Roku device, Apple TV device, or Amazon Fire Stick like I have had to in the past. All in all this is a great TV and you won't go wrong purchasing it!

Sound quality is OK, however, I use a soundbar on nearly all my flat panel TVs. The colors are rich and vibrant for being a basement TV with minimal natural light. I wish the black were a bit better as they tend to get washed out and blurry.

this is the second samsung product (tv) i have purchased in the last two years. i have been impressed by the quality of the product as well as its value. great picture, easy setup, and easy to operate! brilliant colors, even the sound quality is excellent (without an external sound system. i see myself staying woth this product line for future purchases!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV I would defnly recommend it to others I love the way it was easy to pull out of the box I love the way it was easy to setup I love how clear the picture is and I love the way it feels like you are there when you are watching it I love all the things that it does. I love the 4k it is amazing it is very clear and bright and it feels like you are at the movie well it is being shot. I don't like how poorly the legs are made they are really weak to be holding up all that weight I dont like how hard it was to download the app to make the TV work. All in all I love this TV and I am happy to have it in my home
