So-So

after the first 24 hours the screen went to a red solaritized image. i turned the tv off and unplugged it for 10 seconds, then turned it back on. so far so good, i just hope it doesn't do it after the 30 day return is up! other than that, you definitely can tell when you are not on an hd channel, blurry!

I love the picture quality and color depth

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.

Like the samsung TV on. Its fast

Feels like a movie screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this TV two years ago, I was pleasantly surprised with what I bought. This is easily one of the best electronic purchases I ever made. It was definitely an upgrade from the previous television I had. Not only does the TV feel like a movie screen, it comes with a variety of streaming apps to download. I have no complaints with my TV. As a matter of fact, I never had any issues with Samsung appliances or electronics.

Pretty great product for the price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid mid-range TV. I thought it'd be slow being android but it's pretty fast and has a much better UI than the legacy TVs. Picture quality is pretty sharp and even better when the content you play is in 4K.

Having singal issues, even after full reset of TV

i'm not sure what is going on, we exchanged my lg tv for a samsung thinking it was the tv itself. we would be wacthing tv and all of a sudden, the hdmi would lose signal. this is an ongoing problem and i'm not sure how to fix it. i even got one of those flex boxes through comcast to see if it would make a difference and it didn't. would give it more better rating but this issue i keep having with the hdmi signal is really getting on my last nerve. not sure what i can do to keep this issue from happening again. i've tried google searching and i'm not able to find any answers as to why this keeps happening or what i can do to fix it.

Love it, super clear

I only don't like the remote control navigation, it's hard to get out of the Samsung TV and navigate the TV. Otherwise it's good.

My First Samsung Smart TV and it's good so far

I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.

Great TV. Don't expect much compatibility.

the tv is awesome. we love it, but have a familyhub refrigerator that we used to be able to mirror the tv on.... well samsung made a new tv and made it incompatible with this feature. i wish i knew that this was going to be an issue and i never would have bought the tv.... i used to love samsung but lately they have been making it harder and harder to want to buy their products.

Great picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality. I do however prefer the older smart TV interface on my MU8000 compared to the new Tizen based smart TV. It seems a little large. Would I recommend this tv? Why haven't you bought it yet.
